GREAT EXPERIENCE! The puzzles are well crafted and our game master was helpful and attentive. The room was spooky and a great level of challenging. I cannot wait to play the second room! The only people giving this place bad reviews are people who don’t show up for their booked time and that is their fault alone. The policy is very clear on cancellation. Those bad reviews have nothing to do with the experience and should be disregarded.

We did the first chapter, Room 303. For someone who is a light horror fan, this has a creepy vibe but it wasn't too scary and they don't take it too seriously with the videos and fake gore. The puzzles were pretty fun and unique and we were able to progress linearly and escape with quite some time to spare. I would recommend this room for beginners and anyone who enjoys a spooky theme. We're excited to come back for chapter 2!

it was such an amazing experience! We did room 303 had such a great story line and was thrilling and not to scary, as we expected! the employees tonight were also amazing and were character right as we walked in, thank you for making our time at the escape room fantastic! We will be coming back for chapter 2!!

Went in a group of 5 and did part 1 - had a super fun time! We loved the immersion into the plot from the time you entered the building. The game was challenging, but the clues made sense and it was very well run. Every detail seemed well thought out, and our group felt accomplished to have escaped!

Based on other positive reviews, I fully recommend the escape room experience at 303 Escape. It seems like they provide a fun and engaging activity. Just don’t make any mistakes in your booking, as you could be mocked and derided for it. My fiancé accidentally booked a time for a Friday instead of the weekend, and when we realized the error (while it was still Friday morning and the business was closed), she reached out to request a refund or reschedule. While we fully expected to hear that refunds weren’t their policy, the response from the management was unnecessarily harsh. She was scolded for "not emailing sooner" (even though the business was closed) and was aggressively reminded that "we have to pay our employees" (which is to be expected, but was still roughly communicated). Mistakes happen, and we were prepared to accept their policies, but the tone and lack of empathy from the management made the experience needlessly unpleasant. A little kindness and professionalism would have gone a long way in this situation. Fully prepared to embrace our mistake, she was scolded like a child and dismissed out of hand. Again, the experience itself might be fantastic. Were it not for the aggressive customer service, we likely would have continued our patronage. Just don’t expect any sympathy or understanding if something goes wrong. You need only to look at the management's colorful commentary on other reviews to attest to that.
