Active Arena - Frisco

I had an amazing experience at Active Arena! The facility is top-notch with great equipment, and the atmosphere is always vibrant and welcoming. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service provided by Fairuz. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her friendly demeanor and helpful attitude made a real difference in our visit. Highly recommend both the venue and the staff, especially Fairuz! Will definitely be coming back!

We had a great time. My kids are older (18 and 13) and this was a great time for everyone. Jaiden Bryanna and Star are very polite and informative employees. They answered every question we had and Jaiden even gave my son tips and tricks to help him enjoy all the games as much as possible. We loved it and think it’s appropriately priced.

Had a great time at Active Arena in Frisco! The place is clean, well-organized, and has a great selection of games. Fairuz was super helpful and made sure everything went smoothly. Definitely a spot worth checking out if you’re into gaming!

Had a birthday party here and the staff was amazing! It is busy on the weekends but if you can manage having a party during the week - you practically can have the place to yourself! This was so much fun for kids and adults. The party was for 8 & 9 yr old kids and there was plenty for everyone to do. I can see this place as a date night, family night, or even just hang out alone and play. This place isn’t an actual arena so you dont have to worry about getting lost in it.

Incredibly fun time! 6 boys for a birthday for $100 spent 1.5 hours running around having a blast. Staff was great and very friendly! I highly recommend
