Active Kidz Long Island Inc

Active Kids is a fantastic place for young children, especially those aged 5 and above. We attended a birthday party here and were impressed by the variety of activities available, such as bouncy houses, trampolines, laser tag, rock climbing, and more. The setup included a small private room for the cake-cutting ceremony and an arcade area to keep the fun going. The staff was well-trained, courteous, and attentive throughout the event, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Plus, there’s plenty of parking, which is always a bonus. Overall, we had a great time, and most importantly, the kids were thrilled. Highly recommended for a fun-filled outing or celebration!

We had such a wonderful experience at Active Kidz in Jericho! My kids had a blast during open play and didn’t want to leave. The variety of activities kept them entertained the entire time, and everything was clean and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly accommodating and made sure we felt welcome from start to finish. It’s the perfect place for kids to have fun and burn off energy. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I have been a loyal costumer for the past 3 years, every January I would cepebrate my sons birthday until last sunday. I believe I got robed by a nasty front desk lady. I don't even know her name since she didn't even introduce herself. I bought the most expensive birthday package, she charged me for 3 kids under age of 2, which I told her about me been a loyal costumer that never happen before. She said with a nasty and sarcastic tone " well be always charge if they eat and interact". All those 3 kids did were run around because they didn't even wanted to get involved with big kids. Then they charged 12 dolars for pizza toppings, and 5 dolars for the food deliver, which they sell at the place but we gotta pay for a delivery. They charged for an extra pitch of coke, knowing I only ordered 4, she charged 3. Knowing they supposely gave 2 free. The girls attitude towards my family and friends were nadty, like they didn't want to be there, me and my family had to set up the decoration because they were running late and still this feont desk lady, who looks like the manager came over saying we had to sing happy birthday fast because she had another party. So I rushed everything to find out she didn't even had a next party. The place has a new game room and I think they over priced do to that. From a $1000 Package I ended up paying $1700 plus 10$ that I had to leave those girls in cash. I believe the environment completely changed, their attitudes are nasty, I even felt like discriminated. I think the place is going down the hill with those girls energy towards people. Another thing was that the bounce houses looks so dirty and ripped. The party rooms, the decoration looked terrible. I feel so sad but they really lost a big party, a loyal costumer.

Perfect party for our 4 year old! The kids were so happy and we got a lot of good feedback from the parents too. Logan and Andrew were great hosts - very hands on, making sure all the kids were participating and having a good time while also making sure our daughter felt special.

Long Island parents: If you are looking for a place to host your child’s birthday party, please consider Active Kidz. My son is a five year-old, special needs child. We chose to have his fifth birthday party after seeing how the staff, led by an unbelievable woman name Logan, cared for another group of autistic children a year earlier. It was incredible. Our party consisted of seven special needs children, and all of them were closely attended to and cared for by the compassionate staff of Active Kidz. Logan led our party, and I was blown away by the thought, attention and love she gave to our kids. As a parent of an autistic child, it’s rare that I entrust my son in the care of anyone. Logan, on the other hand, understood and cared about our children. My child was in good hands. I am so grateful that my son got to experience his birthday in such a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment. I can’t thank Active Kidz and Logan enough.
