The hotel is really run down, the carpet is stained and old. The pool area appeared clean, but I wouldn't swim in that cloudy water, but I guess kids don't care. The room was clean, but the furniture is pretty run down, even staff stated the hid-a-bed was "probably broke, cause most of them are". My daughter booked the West pool area room, but the pool was not open, due to staffing shortages! :(

I have found memories of Adventureland Inn, but the new owners have drove this hotel into the ground. The rooms don't have much in in them. No housekeeping, can't get fresh towels. No water pressure, impossible to wash thick hair. The beds VERY uncomfortable. The carpet in the hallways hasn't been updated in at least 30 years there is major stains all over. Unpleasant order in the room and hallways. The trolley is gone!! You either have to walk or get in you car and drive to the park. The pools were never all open open. We had a pool side room with a closed pool. How is that worth the money?! I am sad to say I will never be back. I have great memories with my children and wanted to have the great memories with my grandchildren, but the hotel is WAY TO EXPENSIVE for the poor quality. Only good thing left is the location.

The word "suite" is misleading. We stayed in the junior suite. Call a spade a spade. The Junior Suite is a standard two queen with a pullout. The quality of the room is reminiscent of a Motel 6. No carpet and rough around the edges. Lint, hidden dirty towels, peeling paint/ trim, and disgusting pools all await you and your family. The only thing this place offers is the slight convenience in its location to the park. In the future, we will utilize Uber to take us to a clean hotel. I fondly remember staying here as a kid as I remember the green carpet outside each room. 2024, I'm here, and so is the carpet. It's painfully obvious that someone at corporate has chosen profit over maintaining customer satisfaction. I was offered a $30 discount or my inconvenience.

We just booked the standard room so it may be different for the other rooms. First off , I just wanted to say the staff in tte lobby were all very helpful and they get 5 stars but the hotel itself just needs more maintenance done. Our filters in our rooms were packed full of dirt/dust. Which is a simple fix. Otherwise the room was cleaned pretty well. The beds are very firm. We had an elevator get stuck and would not open for a bit which is another maintenance issue. And people do not respect the quiet hours at all which is sad. The food at the bar and grill was great though! Hopefully the inn is able to fix these issues someday and update 馃檹

Most of hotel hasn't been updated since the day it was built 50 years ago. Rooms updated but have NO towel bars, missing TV stand/dresser. Just have a bunch of cords and power strip dangling on wall. Beds are terrible with tiny half size pillows. Our AC was noisy and only worked some of the time. Staff did nothing. Big breakfast selection but everything things was lukewarm at best and no butter? The pool was the only ok thing about it. Clean and well staffed with life guards. One day there was a sewer pumping truck parked right in front of front door loudly pumping very smelly sewage. Not making any of this up. Feel like everyone should be warned that it's not going to be a great experience.
