Airbound Trampoline Park

This place was great. Our grandson and his friends celebrated his 14th birthday playing trampoline basketball and enjoying all the different activities available here. The staff was very helpful. The manager very accommodating. Very clean. We will definitely be coming back.

I can’t say enough about Wesley, Jada and Kevin and how great they made our experience today! We came to celebrate my son’s birthday and they greeted us and treated us like royalty the entire time we were there. They made sure that we and our kids had everything we could want and need to make his birthday the absolute best! Hands down the BEST trampoline park and staff ever! More places need customer service like of Wesley, Jada and Kevin offer! Businesses could definitely use the skills and wonderful personalities these 3 possess! Everyone was friendly, smiling and looked like they truly enjoyed their job! Wesley was constantly cleaning and making sure items were fully stocked. Jada was making sure all the party guests were enjoying their time and getting anything they needed. Kevin kept everyone at the snack counter happy! We truly can’t wait to come back again soon!! Keep up the wonderful work Airbound!! 10/10 recommend!!

Great little bounce house. Was a bit under staffed when we arrived. Checkin was good. Seemed to have staffed up by the time we left.

Wesley and crew were all so friendly! My granddaughter and I had a blast! Super clean and welcoming! We will definitely be back!!!

Honestly we ended up taking our 3 kids here by accident. We had been taking them ice skating pretty regularly, then we go one Saturday night ice skating and, they had shut it down do to a game or some big event… but had failed to mention that when we called or on website but, moving on.. so we’re 45 min from home, not taking the kids back without doing something! This was also part of my 8 yr old daughter’s birthday, so she was already upset about ice skating of course 🤦. I know this is long and drawn out but, what I’m trying to sum up, is we ended up just googling things near for kids to do, and this place popped up. We go, we pull up & I’m like idk, don’t look like much fun going on in there. Well….daddy was definitely wrong, not only did my daughter, her siblings, and their friends have a ball! I even had fun myself, and the atmosphere was very kid friendly, and was very respectful ext..so the end of the night, my daughter says to me ‘I’m so glad that we didn’t go ice skating daddy this was awesome!!…. So very long story short for those that actually read this. This is an awesome place for parents with any kids I’d say 4 to 5 and up. Amazing place !!! We ended up getting a years membership on the spot.
