Alcatraz Escape Games

I was really disappointed. We had a good time but the rooms were in pretty bad shape. Several.locks didn't work so we had to call the attendant to fix it several times. The rooms were decorated pretty cheaply. I will try another escape room because we did have a good time. I hope the next on isn't so cheaply done.

We had the worst experience here. It started with out game host not being there, and then the room that we actually booked wasn’t working so we had to do another instead. We did the wizard room and none of the components for the room were working. We had to talk to our game master through a walkie talkie and most of the time we were finding anything because everything was out of order. They also have props in there that used to be part of the room but broke so we can’t use them. But- they confuse you because they have locks on the still.! I’ve been to many escape rooms and this by far was the worst. We did get our money back so that was a plus.! It is also inside a arcade, hard to find at first.

This place was awesome! The escape room “The Row” was so much fun. Reid was our moderator, and he was so helpful and awesome! I even had a small issue with the booking which was fixed quickly and made everything so much easier! I love this place and will be coming back to try “The Zombies.”

Honestly, we were really disappointed. The room had multiple things that we were told to “ignore” because they were broken, including the cameras so the game coordinator couldn’t see where we were. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes because there were only 4 puzzles. It was poorly put together and poorly run.

It was not great. Many components of the wizard room weren’t working. For ex: The tv monitor and cameras weren’t operating, so we had to talk into a walkie talkie. At one point, we were struggling to find a key and the guy had to walk in and give it to us because it wasn’t placed in the room before we started. The guy working the room was nice, but the experience was not worth the price. The location was also difficult to find. Y’all definitely need some indoor signs.
