The staff are amazing here! Brianna and Danielle are the best at making sure everyone has a safe and memorable experience. The party room experience was fantastic, and enjoyable.

This was hands down the worst escape room experience I’ve ever had. The staff was completely unprofessional—on their phones while dealing with customers and showing no enthusiasm or effort. They rushed us into starting early just so they could close early, which felt incredibly unfair. When we started the room, they didn’t even give a proper breakdown or explanation of the game. Instead, they just said, “All you have to do is find the name” and left us to figure everything out on our own. We’ve done more than a few escape rooms, so not getting any kind of introduction or context was really odd. We were just taken to the room and told to figure it out with no guidance whatsoever. To make matters worse, when we asked for clues, they didn’t help at all. And when we finished the room, they completely ignored us instead of engaging, debriefing, or even acknowledging our experience—something every other escape room we’ve done has always done. It was clear they just wanted to get through their shift and close early rather than provide an enjoyable experience. If I could give 0 or negative stars, I would. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values its customers.

I’ve done quite a few escape rooms, and this was by far the worst. From the moment we walked in, the staff was unprofessional, disinterested, unhelpful, and clearly not trained to run an escape room properly. They barely explained the rules and seemed annoyed when we asked questions. Once inside, it just got worse. Several of the locks were broken, so initially our responses wouldn’t work. Not to mention the decor was kind lame. To top it all off, the walls were so thin and it was open concept, that we could hear everything from the rooms next to us, including people shouting clues and celebrating their wins. It completely destroyed any sense of immersion. Overall, this place is a mess poorly maintained, poorly managed, and not worth the money. Avoid it unless you enjoy frustration more than fun.

Scarlett and Destiny were amazing!!! Scarlett’s customer service was phenomenal and Destiny added life to our event! I wish I could’ve won with all the help they gave but unfortunately we didn’t make it. 😅 Thank you for a wonderful time!
