This was a work Christmas Party event, so the entire place was reserved, which was so great, thank you so much, for this fun time! There were a couple of games that were not working and we lost some credits in the process, because we didn't know they weren't working correctly. Other than that, we had a great time, Santa & Mrs Claus were available for photos and handed out gifts to the younger kiddos, that was awesome. The Grinch was prowling around which was fun to watch him sneak up on people. The food and drinks were good. They also have a full bar for all the adult beverages with beer on tap. The bowling was fun and entertaining. The lanes have automatic bumpers and the bowling helpers for the little ones. Overall it was a great experience, so thankful this entire space was reserved for employees and their families for 4 hours. Merry Christmas!

We have had many parties here over the last 3 years. From cheer, birthdays & football end of season parties. They were always so helpful explaining anything that might have been in “fine print”. The prices are very reasonable for the amount of fun & food you get. The food is always fresh and we haven’t ever had any issues with our orders being wrong. There was a misunderstanding with the game cards for one of our parties and the front desk made sure to explain everything to us, and even fixed it where the kids were able to still have their 1 hour that we messed up on. I recommend them for all your parties or even just a family fun night.

We came around 8:30 on a Sunday night which was pretty late since their kitchen typically closes between 8:45 and 9:00 based on staff report. They did an awesome job of getting us 2 lanes for an hour and kept the kitchen open for us to get our fill of food and checked in with us multiple times before shutting everything down for the night. The managers were ultra accommodating and left us with a great first experience here. Definitely a gem in the rough considering I wouldn’t have found this place without a local recommendation. Comparable to Main Event- probably the same feel but seems made for big parties and events. If we came back to OK City with the kids we’d definitely come back.

I visited this arcade expecting a fun time, but what I got was anything but. The service was abysmal, with staff who seemed more interested in checking IDs at the bar than providing any sort of friendly welcome or assistance to patrons. Not only was the service lacking, but the overall atmosphere of the arcade was trash. The games were outdated and poorly maintained, and the entire place had a vibe that screamed "neglect." I wouldn't recommend this arcade to anyone looking for a good time. In fact, my mom, who happens to be a social media influencer with a significant following, will be sharing her experience online, and let me tell you, it won't be pretty. Save yourself the disappointment and steer clear of this sorry excuse for an arcade.

The customer service was terrible the employees were rude and hateful the young black haired girl with glasses was very rude we went to go get toys from the arcade shop and once we got to the counter she rang us up and she said we don’t have enough money but we did because we calculated it and she was arguing with us and she called for manager and she walked off still being disrespectful when she was arguing she kept slamming the plastic toy on the counter. A different girl came and she said there were 2 fans added but we did not get 2 fans and everything we had was on the counter so the different lady called the manager again and he came and took the fans off and everyone else had to wait for us. The gaming machines were old and kept saying error for the Willy wanka game. We ended up getting all our prizes we got and left. The costumer service here was very terrible watch out for the young black haired with glasses very rude probably not going to come here again. Although we did have fun but still they should not treat there costumers like this.
