Altitude Chicago Trampoline Park Introduce

Welcome to Altitude Chicago Trampoline Park, located at 404 N Armour St, Chicago, IL 60642, USA. As a trampoline park listed in the Theme Park Directory, Altitude Chicago offers local users and visitors a spacious facility for jumping and other related activities.

Based on customer reviews, Altitude Chicago has both positive and negative aspects. On the positive side, the facility is described as large and spacious, with equipment that is clean and in good condition. The staff is also commended for doing an excellent job of keeping the place clean. For those taking a break from jumping, there is an eating, arcade, and sitting area that features a large screen TV, which was showing a college football game during one visitor's experience. The parking lot, however, is noted to be cramped but functional.

On the other hand, there are significant concerns raised in the reviews. One visitor reported multiple instances of unsupervised children engaging in disruptive and potentially unsafe behavior, including climbing on arcade equipment. Another visitor had a particularly disturbing experience involving a completely unsupervised older child engaging in inappropriate behavior. When this was brought to the attention of a staff member, the response given was simply "oh he's Autistic," which the reviewer, who has experience with autistic children, found to be an inadequate and inappropriate dismissal of the situation. This incident raised serious concerns about parental and staff supervision and the overall safety and environment of the park.

Additionally, one customer who attempted to transfer their Altitude membership to this location discovered that not all Altitude locations are affiliated with each other. They also learned about a minimum 60-day cancellation process, which they were dissatisfied with. This indicates a potential lack of flexibility regarding memberships across different Altitude Trampoline Park locations.

The environment at Altitude Chicago Trampoline Park is a large, indoor space with trampolines and potentially other related equipment like bouncy house areas. Services include access to the jumping areas and arcade games, as well as food and drink sales. Features include clean and well-maintained equipment, a spacious layout, and an area with seating, arcade games, and a large screen TV. However, potential drawbacks include cramped parking, expensive food, and, more significantly, reported issues with inadequate supervision of children and a concerning response from staff regarding inappropriate behavior. Furthermore, there are limitations regarding membership transfers and cancellations. Local users considering a visit should weigh the positive aspects of the facility's cleanliness and space against the reported safety and supervision concerns and membership policy issues. No specific promotional information was mentioned in the provided reviews.

Parking lot is cramped but functional. The facility is large & spacious, equipment was clean & in good state of being. The food is expensive but serviceable. The staff did an excellent job keeping the place clean. There was a large screen TV showing a college football bowl game in the eating/arcade/sitting area! I could have given a higher rating but a few families who let their children run wild, climb on arcade equipment unchecked as well as one child who whined in excess of 15 minutes ruined what was otherwise a good visit.

Went in with my 3 year old. Saw a kid standing on the top of a space were you can jump off of onto a trampoline & then into the bouncy house like area. The Boy had to be at least 10-12 years old. With both of his hands digging in his ass. Like if I didn't know any better I would have thought this kid was fingering himself. For a couple of minutes at that. I steer my child clear of this kid then go find a staff member. Point out the child because by the time we got to where he was this kid was touching nets throwing the foam balls etc. All they advised was "oh he's Autistic" I completely lost it internally as someone whom deals with Autistic children. You can't be that dumb. Where are this kids parents? Why was completely unsupervised from his parents & staff? I really didn't care. Now I go to transfer my Altitude Membership & come to find out Not all Altitude locations are affiliated with each other & it's a minimum 60 day cancelation process which is two billing cycles they won't be receiving from myself. I will Never recommend this place that allows booty juice to be thrown around like nothing.

Great, low stress place to host a kids party, especially for winter birthdays. We just had our 6 y/o daughter’s birthday and they did a fantastic job. We loved that they handled all the food (pizza, subs, drinks) and balloons. All we had to do was bring cupcakes/goodie bags for the kids. Highly recommend if you want to outsource the thinking and just step back and let the kids run around like crazy.

So upon arrival I paid $180 for entry and socks for 4 kids and 1 adult. Then once we entered all the tables that they had was reserved for party even though the area was also for people who didn’t have a party. This place is over priced and the menu has a full alcohol menu but nothing but a juice box for kids although it’s a kids place. The food took a hour and the line was so long because they only had 1 cashier at a time to service a packed place. The menu was too high for the small portions of food that was given. I will never go back. If I knew this place was like this I would have went to my normal spot (Sky Zone, Urban Air) 0/10 wouldn’t recommend.

The jumping experience here at Altitude is pretty good. I've been going here since (2020 or 2021?) and every experience has been positive. I really like how there's a lot of different activities. The sad thing is that the wall for Walk the Wall was closed because the whole point was to get on the wall by jumping there. Other than that, it's great!
