I realize that they are running a charity. There was no one in this place and I asked to try it out to see if I liked it. They said no and wanted to charge me for a hour. Besides they were a little right de as well the two older people in the office.

Lots of fun for kids and adults. Kids had fun and enjoyed their time there. You pay per hour. And you enjoy. Some trampolines can make you bounce high or low. The foam pit can make you get stuck, but people can help you get back up again. You can have a birthday party there. They make you sign a parent waiver before you go inside. Overall, it was a good experience, and the kids enjoyed it

It's clean but it recently took down its main/most prized attractions: The massive and deep foam pit with 3 trampolines to launch from to foster all sorts of wild tricks? Gone 🚫 The unique "swing into foam pit" attraction? Gone 🚫 The amazing and rarely seen wall-run supertramp combo? Gone.🚫 Essentially there's not really anything fun left of this park. It's sad to see such a great park downgrade itself like that. The only thing left that they can pride themselves on is the cleanliness of the facility.

We have been here before and had a much better experience in the past. After this time around, we won’t be going back. First, I called ahead to ask a question. The teen who answered the phone, said, “Hello?” I asked if it was Altitude and he replied “yes.” Kind of odd way to answer honestly. He didn’t know the answer to my question which was fine, but left me on hold for ten minutes and never came back so I hung up. Upon arrival, it was very busy which I expected. However, the place was filthy.. garbage everywhere and no one cleaning it. A girl at the concession booth on her phone. Two people at the front desk chit chatting. Another two on the floor with the jumpers, chatting with each other. But this is my biggest gripe. My son wanted to play dodgeball with the others that were playing. One boy was throwing the ball really aggressively and then shoved my son so hard that he lost his footing and fell. There was no reason to do that and no one there to keep kids from playing unfairly or avoid an intentional injury. More supervision is needed especially when there’s multiple parties and free play jumpers in the park.

This is a new location. The prices were affordable. They have a snack stand, lockers, cubbies 4 footwear, eatting area, and an area for just toddlers. The bathrooms were cleaned for my visit last Saturday. My children enjoyed the entire park. The floor does offer dodge ball, and a small race game. Waivers must be sighed for all those jumping.
