Altitude Trampoline Park

My girls wanted to go to a trampoline park for their birthday and we had a few bad experiences with Urban Air so we decided to try something new. We were very pleasantly surprised. Great prices, way less strict on things that shouldn’t matter like what grip socks are worn. But rules were enforced where they mattered. The lady at check in was nice and helpful. The park was super clean and not overly crowded. My girls 6 and 9 had soo much fun. It was a great workout for my husband and I too! We will definitely be back!

Staff is worthless. Hundreds of kids running around on a weekend and these two are sitting in the kid section with their heads buried in their phone screens. Incompetent management and outrageous prices.

Awesome place. The new soccer pitch was such fun. Great fun and perfect for birthday parties. We will certainly be back.

We used to LOVE this place, and it would be $35 for 3 kids and 2 adults but with the ownership change it was over $100!! There were no upgrades or enhancements that warranted this price increase. You have to have to re do waivers too. The front desk person was not helpful and did not have good customer service skills.- please note, the response to this review is generic. It lacks authenticity, empathy and accountability. A name, phone number, email address or point of contact was not even offered.

This place is awful! I was there on Dec 28, 2024 and my daughter broke her leg bc they do not section off areas by weight. I get that’s why you sign a waiver but parents please do not let your child freely go on these trampoline parks when there is no supervision and a 200lb woman jumped next to my child and she double bounced and her leg broke. They have not even followed up on the incident report and it’s been almost a month. The ortho surgeon said it’s a no-go for anyone including adults but if you are under 10, their bones aren’t fully developed. This place did nothing bc there were 4 ppl working that day and all 4 were upfront talking w zero supervision. My attorney is working on a case bc these waivers don’t stand a chance.
