Customer Reviews

I like this trampoline park even more than urban air. Even though it’s smaller, it feels cleaner somehow, and it has a very unique trapeze feature that is sort of like a zip line but more convenient because kids don’t need an employee to help them do the zip line so they can do it any time. All the parts of the park were open when I went. And I actually felt like I could supervise 3 kids better at this park than others, while just sitting to grade papers, and not needing to follow them around. There is good visibility for supervisors. Yes you have to buy their specific socks. However, there was free WiFi and we arrived a few minutes before the 3:30 “time slot” and they gave us the extra minutes for free. You can also bring in your own water bottles. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The waiver wasn’t too incredibly long. All in all, I think it was a great experience and I would definitely come back again.

Went for a child's birthday party. The waiver instructions should be a little more clear for anyone who's never been as the patrons who know the drill will just mow you over. Don't expect any assistance from the teenagers behind the counter. They appear to agree that it's your fault for not knowing. Bottom line is, the kids had fun.

Altitude Jump Park is the perfect place for fun and excitement! The trampolines are top-notch, and there are so many different activities to enjoy—dodgeball, foam pits, and even obstacle courses. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure everyone was safe while still having a great time. The park was clean, well-maintained, and had plenty of space to jump and play. Whether you're visiting with friends, family, or for a party, this place is guaranteed to be a hit. I can’t wait to go back for another awesome experience!

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. The customer service is extremely unfriendly and made for an awful experience. • Staff: From the moment we arrived, the staff was rude and unhelpful. Check-in was painfully slow, and there were no clear instructions or safety guidelines for new visitors. • Overcrowding: The trampolines were overcrowded, which made it difficult for the kids to enjoy themselves without constantly bumping into others. It felt chaotic and unsafe. • Cleanliness: The place was disgustingly dirty. The floors were sticky, and the restrooms were beyond unpleasant. • Customer Service: When I asked for help, the staff was dismissive and barely acknowledged my concerns. They clearly have no regard for customer satisfaction. • Socks Issue: To top it off, they're ridiculously stingy about socks. My kids were wearing socks from Urban Air, but because they weren't the "Altitude Trampoline" brand, they insisted I buy their socks for an extra charge. Keep in mind, the Urban Air socks have grip, so there's no real difference. It just felt like a money grab. Overall, this place is not worth the price, and I definitely won’t be returning. Very disappointing experience.

No more 1 hour sessions. Have to pay for lockers if You don't want to carry shoes around. And you have to use exact cash because no change will be given. I paid the price for a large locker but I wanted a small locker. I put in a $5 bill for a $3 locker and was told that I could not get my $2 change back. Plus I happened to pay cash for the three kids and should have gotten $11 back in change but I was not given my change. When I realized this and went back to ask for it, the worker says "oh you want your change back?" I had no intentions of paying for drinks and food here.
