First time was over a year ago, kids loved it ages 4 and 6. Now 5 n 7 They wanted to go so much I decided to make them members, please is always well lighted and clean. I recommend for all ages burn some energy in a nice environment. Trevor Verified member

I would highly recommend this place for all ages. It is always very clean and well managed. They have a lot of employees watching the kids and making sure everyone is safe. Love the Friday night Glo Party!

Love it here. It’s clean and never too crowded to where there is a long line to get in. It can get a little hot inside during the Summer but other than that, it’s totally worth the monthly membership I pay for my two boys, ages 7 and 11. We pay $10 a month for each of them and can come up to two times per week for 2 hours each time. Totally worth it.

Horrible customer service! First of all, I got in a line where the register was open, there was no sign saying that is for nonmember, she automatically pointed me to the other line saying that I need to go over there. I asked her where is the sign saying that member needs to be over in the other line? She said there is no sign. So the supervisor came and told her to go ahead and check me in anyway. After reading my account, she got me and my daughter in, I told her my son had another account. She logged him in too. And then asked me to pay for myself. Both accounts already included with total of 3 members jumping. I asked why should I have to pay? She said because I am jumping with my kids. They were so rude asking me to pay in addition, then they realized that they were wrong and no apology or anything and they even said I was yelling at them which I did not. Of course I was questioning why I need to pay in addition to what my membership already included.

There’s a 2hr limit unless you buy unlimited membership, $30 for 2 hrs. Parents must purchase socks and a pass just to be able to watch their children in the jump area (why?). What if something happens in the jump area where a parent can’t enter. From the sitting area, a parent can’t see the whole area. The concession has no food, only nachos and the rest is candy and sugary drinks besides water. I probably will not bring my children here again. This was the first time and the last. I really would like to be able to watch my children.
