Welcome to Altitude Trampoline Park - Lombard, located at 481 E Roosevelt Rd, Lombard, IL 60148, USA. As an active amusement center listed in the Theme Park Directory, Altitude Trampoline Park offers a variety of trampoline-based activities for children to enjoy.

Based on customer reviews, Altitude Trampoline Park in Lombard provides a facility with "a lot of trampolines" and "a lot of different options for jumping," making it a place where kids can unwind and bounce around. One visitor felt it was "definitely worth the price." The park also features 5 party rooms, suggesting it is equipped to host birthday celebrations and other group events.

However, some recent feedback points out potential issues. One visitor noted that during their visit, three attractions were closed, and they were unsure if these are open at other times. Another long-term member, who initially enjoyed visiting frequently, reported a decline in the park's condition over the past several months. They stated that the facility is "consistently dirty" and that the "top attractions are closed more often than not." Specifically, the foam pit and performance trampolines were mentioned as not being open for months. Additionally, the sky trail has reportedly been closing early on weekends, leading to disappointment among children. Due to these negative changes, this member is hopeful that a new facility in Schaumburg will offer a better experience and they are considering transferring their membership there.

However, potential drawbacks based on recent reviews include inconsistent cleanliness and frequent closures of key attractions, as well as the possibility of early closure of certain activities like the sky trail on weekends. No specific promotional information was available in the provided reviews. Local users in Lombard, IL, considering a visit should be aware of the potential for closed attractions and cleanliness issues based on recent customer feedback.

This place has a lot of trampolines for kids to play on. A lot of different options for jumping too. I only gave it 4 starts because 3 attractions were closed on our visit. Not sure if they’re open at other times. But the place is overall a great park for kids to unwind and bounce around. Definitely worth the price. They also have 5 party rooms.

When we first joined as members 18 months ago, my kids, and I really look forward to coming here often. Unfortunately, in the last several months, this place has really gone downhill. It is consistently dirty, and the top attractions are closed more often than not. The foam pit and Performance trampolines haven’t been open in months. The workers often close the sky trail early on weekends, which leads to disappointed little faces… hopefully the new facility in Schaumburg will be better and we will transfer our membership there.

Update: the place has gotten worse!! Added a few pictures. The safety, cleanliness and smell of this place is serious cause for concern. Everything is broken and nothing ever gets fixed. The sky trail is very rarely open and when it is I question its safety. The bathrooms are some of the worst I’ve even encountered- the smell is offensive. The workers stand around in hoodies, sometimes wrapped in blankets sitting in the office on the floor staring at their phones. No one actually works! Please deep clean your business, train your staff and make the much needed repairs!

Kids love it - maintenance is a problem. They just don't fix anything. Every time we go, more and more is entirely out of order. Everything is falling apart, and often they resort to taping things instead of repairing them properly. It's not surprising they have a vat of band-aids behind the counter. Must be a lot cheaper. The teens working there seem nice enough, but maybe lack all the necessary skills to operate the establishment.

The men's bathrooms are super dirty. Like they don't care about hygiene. The foam cubes are mostly deteriorated. behind the massage chairs there is garbage, I definitely wouldn't recommend it if you take your children.
