The food was good! Ambiance excellent. The waitress needs some mentoring on how to treat/answer the customers. Taking the order order seems that she didn't understand me, but after she repeat/sound the item equally as I ask it. Yes, instead of yeah, when the customer greets or thanks when served. Need to be happier. This is the second time I've been there. Despite the crowd in the first time place was, the waitress, he did an awesome service! But, overall, I recommend the place. Also, they deliver with Amazon Prime, Grubhub to Hudson, NH with excellent delivery time.

Took the grandkids here on Friday and there is a promo 2 hours of jumping, a slice of pizza and water for $15 a person such a great deal. Will definitely go back

Great place very clean and a great bargin with 2 for 1 coupon. Best for kids 4+ and under 12 as it is smaller than the now closed launch. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to spend an afternoon of fun. video games $1/play. And they keep adding more video games maybe not a good thing....

Place is disgusting and staff doesn’t even watch the kids. Also, my son was brought there a couple weeks ago and was able to participate in the attraction where you jump over the spinning foam bar. He was brought again today and was told he couldn’t do it because he was 3 inches too short to elude a slow spinning foam bar. There are better jump parks in literally everywhere else.

I came to Altitude in Merrimack after getting a text about a 2 for $20 deal. I brought my two kids and when I got there the cost was double. The person at the desk said I misread the deal. I was disappointed, but we were already here so I paid and they played. I sent an email to the customer service address on their website to let them know I was disappointed by the false advertising and within 20 minutes the manager, Alia, responded. She apologized for the mistake and offered us four free jump passes to make up for the mistake. This is was super generous and very appreciated. Great customer service. Thank you!
