Funfull is the place to get tickets even if you don’t attend daily it’s still $20 for one whole month with 90 minute jumps a day. The staff are great and very helpful. Shout out to Tanner being the coolest employee.

Tried this out for the first time and was very pleased with the experience. Children two and under are free (or at least they were when we went) and I bought the 90 minute pass for myself. They provide everyone with socks automatically because you have to wear theirs. Socks are $3/pair and you get to keep them, obviously. They have CRAZY strong grippies on the bottom so it completely makes sense. There are a lot of trampolines on one side and an obstacle course on the other. Each end of the building has some other areas as well. The bathrooms were clean and functional. There is a room for birthday parties but we also saw one in the general area. We had a great experience and will go back and would recommend to others. They don't allow outside food or beverages but make exceptions for sippy cups and things like that it seemed. There is a small concessions stand with cotton candy and chips and coffee and soda and water. My only complaint would be how long it takes to sign in which probably wasn't even that long but I was trying to contain a squirmy toddler. You have to sign a waiver which totally makes sense but also your email and home addresses.

Some concerns regarding the quality of customer service provided by your staff. Recently, there have been several instances where I have expressed dissatisfaction with the service I received. My complaints primarily revolve around long w unprofessional behavior when asking questions such as why can't you find my children's name in the system, and a lack of knowledge that SOME of your staff have when navigating through the system is kind of nerve wrecking. To address these issues, I would like to suggest the following steps: 1. Training 2. Regular Performance Reviews: Conducting regular performance reviews to identify areas where staff members may need additional support or training. 3. Clear Communication s. 4. Customer Feedback Mechanism: Setting up a system for collecting customer feedback regularly to identify recurring issues and address them promptly. I am confident that by taking these steps, we can significantly improve the quality of our customer service and enhance the overall customer experience. These changes and ensure that you will be able to maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer satisfaction. It is very important that your staff understands they are working with all types of cultures. RUDENESS is not acceptable. Another bad experience 11/2/2024 the two stars I gave are based on the fun my children still managed to have.

Aniya hosted our party,and did a truly fantastic job. Any requests were handled quickly and with grace,she was kind with all of the kids and took pride in her work.give that girl a well deserved raise!:)

Loved this place.....the employees were great, super friendly. The facility is clean. Lots of stuff to do. We will go back. The only disappointment was that we came in from 7-10pm with a group of teens.....and there was no food available. Had there been popcorn, Nachos, pretzels or any other items listed we would have spent alot more money for our group. Teens love to snack💚
