Altitude Trampoline Park

My daughter loves coming here, and I couldn’t be happier with our experience! The staff is always so nice and attentive, making sure everyone is safe and having fun. The general manager genuinely listens to any concerns and takes action, which shows how much they care about their customers. Since my daughter visits often, the membership has been totally worth it. They also have party rooms that look pretty big, which is great for celebrations. We’re excited to keep coming back and highly recommend this place to all families

Hands down best hospitality skills! It all stems from the excellent behavior exhibited by the manager , Alan! My 2 kids came in as first time jumpers and were a little confused on how to start the virtual TV jumping and , luckily, Alan was quick to come help us start it ! I originally came in for one day, but I’m now looking at membership options because of the willingness of the manager to lend a helping hand! Definitely recommend if you want a new spot to check out with your kids!

We had a great 1st experience at Altitude. Giselle was very helpful with explaining and answering any/all questions we had as it was our first time at this particular park. I will say this is a gem as the park is one of the few that is open in the morning. It was clean and more than enough space to enjoy and have a great time. We can’t wait to visit again soon.

I recently had an amazing experience at Altitude trampoline park, the manager was not only friendly and approachable but also incredibly attentive to the needs of both staff and guests. They ensured that all safety protocols were followed while still creating a fun and energetic atmosphere. I was particularly impressed with how they handled a busy day; everything ran smoothly, and the staff seemed motivated and happy, which speaks volumes about their leadership. We hosted my daughter’s 7th birthday party in a private party room, I would definitely recommend Altitude for children’s birthday parties. Jisselle was our hostess and she was very attentive. She kept us on schedule, checked in frequently, was readily available for any needs or requests and was very friendly and personable! The pizza was hot and delicious, I ordered a couple of extra pies for the adults and everyone enjoyed. The staff is ample and I always feel the children are well supervised and safe. Altitude is clean and the kids all had a great time! Great new local addition for active fun in the area!
