❌❌❌Be careful with this place, I DO NOT RECOMMEND it for a birthday party!. I did not receive a refund for the prepayment I made for the party package. When I requested the invoice, the initial amount I paid was not listed, and I did not receive a receipt as they promised. Thankfully, this payment is documented in my bank statement. Out of the $322 I had paid as a down payment, I only received $115 back after a frustrating phone conversation with Osmara, who was rude and unprofessional. I asked for my down payment to be returned, but she decided to give me only $115. I have celebrated birthday parties at nearly every indoor venue in Orlando, but I have never encountered a place where the staff was so dishonest. Be careful, and do not make any payments without receiving a receipt in return. Always check your bill thoroughly before paying in full. The only notable aspect of this place was Satchel's attentiveness. She maintained excellent control over the party and was consistently helpful and kind. I hope she received the entire tip I left for her, as it seemed she only got part of it instead of the full amount. DON'T RISK YOUR MONEY AND AVOID A BAD MOVE, LOOK FOR ANOTHER PLACE TO CELEBRATE YOUR CHILDREN'S PARTY 👎🚨🚨🚨

Yeanelly was wonderful! She really made our family event extra special. As soon as we arrived, she greeted us and walked us over to the function room. Our families a great time and we will certainly return soon

Excellent job! Sofia was incredibly professional, attentive and always mindful of everyone’s safety. she took the time to clearly explain the rules and helped make the experience both fun and safe her kind attitude and positive energy made our visit even better we will definitely be back, thanks to her great attention highly recommended!

We came here for my son's birthday party, and it was a tremendous success. Having never handed over the reins to another to host a birthday party, Francesca was the perfect introduction to that. She was calm, kind, accommodating, and she made things happen. She was even a joy to chat with and helped me get my things to my car at the end. Highly recommend!

We have the pass and enjoy coming here a few times a month! Today me and my daughter were the only ones so she didn’t have anyone to play with. Rod, the employee was so amazing and jumped with her until other kids came in. Thank you Rod!
