Altitude Trampoline Park - Skokie

Altitude Trampoline Park in Skokie is a fun and enjoyable destination, especially for kids. The trampolines are great, and one thing that stood out is how clean the facility is. Even after jumping around, your socks stay spotless, which speaks volumes about their cleanliness standards. The park offers snacks and drinks, and it’s a great spot for hosting parties. However, one major downside we experienced was related to food. During our visit, we had to order pizza from an outside vendor, as they don’t offer on-site pizza options. After waiting 45 minutes for delivery, the attendant handed us the pizza in the box with no plates, utensils, or condiments. This made the process inconvenient and felt less thoughtful compared to other trampoline parks we’ve visited, where food is more seamlessly integrated into the experience. It seems like guests bringing their own party items is common here, but the lack of inclusive food options and the somewhat indifferent attitude of the staff during our food experience was disappointing. That said, if you’re not planning to eat while you’re there, the park is fantastic for kids to burn off energy and have a great time. With some improvements to the food policy and service, this location could easily become one of the best trampoline parks around.

Love the place,fun activity for kids,specially on weekdays-not overcrowded and cheap,but could've been CLEANER!friendly staff,so many of them here, one could be cleaning instead of taking and playing jokes with each other.

I just had the worst experience today. The staff had the worst response order pizza . My wings came first. No pizza staffthan claimed that pizza would come later. The staff than took pizza from break room. 20 min. Later. Than when address staff became complacent in the action. We spent over 200 with your company to be lied to. The fact is the action taken was unprofessional. They need better training. With customer service. Also had to disinfect the table and requested a broom they gave it to me to sweep myself. Bathroom also not clean.

I walked into this place walked around for 10 min and walked right out 🤣 took my little cousins here the place was ridiculously packed. Not only was it ridiculously packed half of the attractions weren’t working and taped off. Not only that but the staff did not do a great job of managing the play areas that were available. My cousins were trying to have fun in the foam pit and you got kids jumping on the pit trampoline just for funsies and not letting other kids go. My husband went straight for the refund counter 🤣 horrific and it smelled like butt cheeks.

It was very fun and amazing. I don’t know why everyone was complaining about the place. It’s was fun and a nice place to celebrate your birthday but the bathrooms were very messy and dirty. And this one game was taped up and didn’t work at all. But overall the place was fun and i enjoyed it.
