Amazing Escape

We loved Amazing Escape! Bo was awesome from the moment I called with questions to being our game master for every room. FYI these rooms are all 45 minutes long rather than the traditional hour. That being said there are less puzzles and challenges to fit the timeframe so it doesn't feel rushed. We found them slightly easier than other rooms we've played but still lots of fun and very well done! We managed to get through all five rooms in one day, and four of them we didn't use any hints at all which is rare for us. Great decor, everything worked perfectly and the lobby and restrooms were exceptionally clean. It does say on their website that if you want to book a private room, you have to pay for all the additional spaces, but that is not the case. When I called in, Bo informed me that all rooms are private no matter how many people you have and you do not have to pay for the additional spots. Hopefully they can change that on the website so it's not as confusing. They were also very accommodating when our schedule changed and for that we are grateful! Thank you for providing such a day of fun, highly recommend!!

Amazing Escape is great, especially for the price! We were a few minutes late and they were very accommodating to us. We (three adults, three kids) did the prison break room and found it both entertaining and challenging. One adult and one kid had never done a break room before, so this was a great way to introduce them to it! Thank y'all so much for a fun time!

Anna was wonderful! She greeted our group with a smile and explained the rules very well. We had a small corporate team meeting here and she catered to us with exceptional customer service. We did the Cabin in the Woods escape room and it was very creative and challenging. I highly recommend Amazing Escape for any group get together or date with your significant other.

I've been to many escape rooms, and this is probably the least well done I have been too. For one, they only give you 45 minutes to escape as opposed to 1 hours. Besides that, the props are cheap and also rely on a lot of "Do this!" text. The biggest problem is when there is a mechanical failure, the game master is not there paying attention. For example, we tried the correct code on the same lock about 50 times, and we were yelling for the game master to confirm whether we had the correct code, or if there was an issue with the lock. No response. This was at every part. Also unlike a lot of games, you did need to do a lot of the clues sequentially, so if you were stuck for mechanical issues or otherwise, you were SOL because the gamemaster was not there to correct issues. EDIT: I think the owner's response is pretty indicative of the care they take in their rooms. Rather than caring about the many mechanical issues in the room and the fact that they effectively have no game master, they would rather say it is a "skill" issue. Of the 20 or so rooms I have done, I would say I escaped 19 of 20. There is no amount of skill that when you put in the correct code, but the lock does not open, that can be corrected with no game master. Additionally, when we pointed out which props had worn the level of illegibility, they did not care then, or now. I can recommend almost every other escape room I have done, but not this one.

at the end when our Guide made my date & I feel stupid for being stuck in our game after we ran out of time. When he was reviewing the last puzzle we were stuck on, he ended by saying "we have 8 year olds solving that in seconds..." which was just an irrelevant comment to end with and shows just the lack of compassion & empathy of our Guide has to his guests. We left feeling really turned off with his mannerism & unfriendly attitude toward us at the end and just walked off into his back room. Will not be returning for any future escape room games from this place ever again.
