This awesome wooden coaster has many turns and 16 airtime hills. It keeps it's 50 mph speed throughout and you are on the edge of your seat to see what it will do next. The seats are also wonderfully cushioned, which isn't the case of all rollercoasters. It is only 80 feet tall but it is truly a good ride.

This is a great GCI roller coaster at a very fun amusement park. I think the back is the best spot if you want good airtime and a fast pace ride. I believe the front gives you the smoothest ride and if you want the wind in your face effect then this is the place to be. I had a great time riding this a couple times today and I really think it's an underrated woody at an underrated Six Flags park.

American Thunder is a great ride! It offers a very smooth ride in the front and a more intense ride with some floater air time in the back. The layout is really interesting and offers some really great turns and hills.

It's surprisingly smooth for a wooden coaster. This ride is fast, comfortable, and thrilling, which is everything needed for an excellent coaster.

It's my favorite wooden coaster at this park! It's super smooth and had some good airtime. It also had comfortable trains from what I remember. Way smoother than American Eagle or Viper at SFGAm 8/10.
