The remarkable ambiance of this establishment evokes a sense of home for me. I appreciate the absence of simple wooden chairs, replaced instead by comfortable sofas. The prompt service exceeded my expectations, and the axe throwing experience reached an exceptional level. I would suggest reconsidering the age restrictions for axe throwing, extending them to individuals aged 17 and above.

Ax throwing was great employees were super nice and helpful. Only complaint would be the karts. Last time we came a few years ago they were faster. This time it seemed they were a lot slower. Lap time was around 10 secs slower than previous visit. Would not have spent the money knowing they weren't as fast and not as much fun as previous visit.

It was my 1st time at Amp Up. I actually never heard about it around St Louis. It's definitely a unrecognized fun park that's should get more publicity. At the age of 52 years old. I had an amazing time. I am a kid at heart and really enjoy adrenaline activities. The prices are real responsible and the young staff are very helpful, sweet and understanding. You can definitely spend at least 2 hours there doing different activities like go-cart driving, axe throwing, VR, laser tag, rope climbing course and arcade games with big life size board games.

Laser tag is great. Arcade is limited but games are fun. The Mario Kart game was a plus. The arcade games are mostly $1 or $1.25. The ones that's are $1.25, that extra $.25 adds up quickly and will limit how many games if you set a budget for your kids. I don't think they are worth the extra $.25 and if all the games were $1 or less I think I would probably spend a little more. I recommend them drop the price or provide a package that you can buy plays at a flat rate in bulk. As for the karting, I ended up not using it. We went here because they are the only electric double karts in STL. Was expecting to do a 3 race pack with my kids with me in a double kart for 2 of the 3 races but the website never mentioned double karts cost more and cannot be used in the 3 race pro pack. With that plus the fact the track looks a bit short to what I have raced on in other places, we scrapped the karts. We live near by and will definitely come back for laser tag and the action pass for a family of 4 is worth it as 2 kids can do 3-4 arcades after laser tag but that it. If their pricing structure changes I would try again and give a higher rating. For now I'll wait until my kids are older than 7 & 5.
