Activities are decent. Staff were cool. Building is freezing!!!! Even employees have on coats and hats. Don’t come here if it’s cold outside, it will feel the same inside. See photos of customers with coats and hats on.

The place is great for group outings. We all had a great time. The reason I went with 4 stars is because they didn’t inform us that the cook wasn’t coming in that day which left us scrambling to figure out a different food option. Otherwise everything was great!

What an amazing time! Everyone was so helpful for my son's 8th birthday party and boy did I need it! The kids had a terrific time and there were things to do for all ages (we had 3-8 year olds). I would definitely do it again as some of the attractions were a little daunting for my now 8 year old but maybe not so much for his 9th birthday!

I can say this place is great for kids. Adults can participate, but it's really for the youngsters. THE ADULTS DONOT HAVE TO PAY If you're not participating, it'll be a waste of money ,cool ambiance, great for BIRTHDAY PARTIES .YOU also have to pay separately for the Arcade and Paintball shooting ,Ps. They have another location just like this but for ADULTS with a bar Check it out

Worst place ever, food place is empty zero of normal food, 2 hot dogs and pretzels, ordered pizza which tastes like cheap pizza from some budget pizzeria, for first 2 hours entire place was cold and kids had to run without shoes, i will call to department of health and other consumer affairs service for this cold conditions, place is dirty and typical like all NY play places. Phone service is bad inside, i ask for WiFi they say they dont have it, stone age no wifi. It was a big mistake to bring kids group of 10 to this place. At the service counters teenagers who can care less for that its cold inside. Management dont reply you know your place needs better supervisor.
