Prices were reasonable but the wait was ridiculous. Waiting 1 hr and 40 mins racing carts but they suck. We only had 3 lapse and my car started off slow and bumping other cars/accidents makes it worse. One accident and we all slow down. Laser tag was fun. The VR games were fun but the one that spins around like a roller coaster sucks if you like real roller coasters because it's nothing like the real experience.The other 2 were fun.

If I could rate this place a 0 I would. I came here for my brothers birthday and it was recommended that we buy a “flash pass” or whatever for speedy lines, there was 4 people in front of us in line and then an entire birthday party around 40 people enters a line on the side and their entire party got to go on the ride without letting anyone from the main lines go, me and my family waited over an hour to get on the ride and the people from the party just kept jumping back in line to go again and again as if it was a private ride so me and my family decided to put our names down to “reserve” a spot in line, we didn’t get a text for 2+ hours while we waited in the food court. Then while I’m the food court me and my party witnessed that there was nobody watching the ropes course or the mini golf area because there was people hitting each other on the zip line portion of the ropes course because nobody wanted to wait, going one right after the other and a young girl got hurt being hit by 3 older people. Then there were kids throwing their golf balls from the mini golf course AT THE PEOPLE ON THE ROPES COURSE since it’s right below the ropes course and nobody did anything. There was also kids jumping on our table to touch the people on the ropes course and nobody was around to assist us at all. Then the food took over an hour to get to us and when it got there it was completely cold! This is the worst place I’ve ever been and I will NOT be returning. Me and my family bought some of the more expensive wrist bands and only got to get on maybe 1 or two rides and one of those was the 2+ hour reservation we made in the beginning. I regret coming here and this is the biggest waste of money I’ve ever spent. And I usually don’t like writing bad reviews but this place was just that bad.

This is a great indoor playground for children of all ages. It features arcade games, rock climbing, go-karts, mini golf, and a designated area for toddlers. However, the lighting is quite dim, so it is advisable to supervise your children closely.

Me and my family came here for my 3 year old sons birthday on short notice. An employee there I think named Samantha was very quick to help get adjusted and everything checked in, would also continue to check in on us as we were there. Place is clean and well kept. Also very affordable.

Our host for our son’s party was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make the experience special for us and our guests. They were attentive, friendly, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The only small improvement I’d suggest is keeping the bathrooms a little cleaner, but other than that, we had no complaints. We’re regulars here and love this place! In fact, several of our guests were so impressed that they’re now planning to book their own events here. Thank you again for a wonderful experience!
