Banning Lewis Ranch Vista Water Park (Private)

I am absolutely loving this place! Spending time with my niece and nephews has been so much fun. This spot is perfect for kids and for simply relaxing and soaking up the sun.

Our first visit to Banning Lewis Ranch Vista Water Park was a letdown. After spending 15 minutes blowing up our inflatable, we were informed that only foam-type inflatables were allowed. No reason was given, despite seeing other visitors with regular inflatables. This was especially frustrating as it was our 11-month-old’s first time at a pool, and our small inflatable was not permitted. Adding to our frustration, my 8-year-old nephew was told he had reached his maximum limit for going down the water slide. With only about 5 or 6 other kids meeting the requirements to use the slide, it’s hard to understand the necessity of a max count on slide usage. It would be more understandable if there had been a long line of children waiting. Overall, our experience was disappointing due to inconsistent rules and unnecessary restrictions. I hope the management can address these issues to ensure a fair and enjoyable experience.

Our kids love going here! We're fortunate to live in the neighborhood so we go often. Bring a snack and plenty of sunscreen.

Staff members are pretty lazy. Mostly kids that run it. If you're over 7 y/o you'll get the whistle for anything. Also, the splash activities do not work. For the fees the community pay, those things should always be operational. Staff stayed they're waiting on a part. I never seen an organization wait over a year for 1 part to get things working. Just lame.
