Bayville Winter Wonderland

This place is really pathetic and is robbing people of their hard earned money! Our family visited for the first time and we were sorely disappointed. Where do I start? First of all hardly anything was open. Why say you are open, make people drive out, to offer them next to nothing? Secondly, when you walk in, the arcade looks like any plain arcade in a run down mall. Thirdly, the employees look like they were pulled out of those traveling carnival/fairs with long and disinterested faces, and lastly the “ice cream shop” offered such a limited selection of items - subpar. Please please don’t waste your hard earned money, Your kids would enjoy seeing Christmas lights at a much cheaper price!!!

Staff was friendly and the atmosphere was very festive. Lot's of photo ops, but the activies were limited. Almost everything was closed besides the axe throwing, ice skating, mirror maze, and bounce house. The photo with santa experience was nice. However, the photo was awful. They took our photo using an iPad which produced a poor quality photo. I would not pay for this add on during my next visit. Next visit? Yes you heard correctly! Although things could have been better it was still a fun night out for the family. And the best part was the letters from santa. My niece doodled on her letter and they included her drawing in the personalized letter from santa. It was very thoughtful!

I attended Bayville's Winter Wonderland on Saturday evening. My husband and I were very disappointed. It is not worth the price you pay. The mini golf should not be opened during the winter time because it is not maintained. The holes were filled with murky water, dirt, and leaves. The Christmas haunted house lasted 5 minutes. When we contacted Bayville, their owner was very aggressive and did not offer a refund for our poor experience. We were not given receipts for our cash only purchases. We spent a total of $172 and I have no idea what we spent it on. The whole situation is very sketchy. I am very disappointed. I have added pictures. Stay away and save your money!

The park was great. However, the santa was terrible. He did not have the energy needed to be a Santa. He was not interactive with the kids and he left my kids saying he wasnt the real santa. Everyone else in the park was great, but pick a new santa.

Winter Wonderland was a mess. They never took down the Halloween decorations. The Christmas decorations was place right on top and over the Halloween scenery. It looked like a nightmare. We made the best of it. Santa factory fun house was nothing of a fun house at all. The ice skating rink was horrible. We couldn’t skate on the rink, they never cleaned the ice and was very bumpy. Santa’s helper was rude. Don’t waste your time or money not worth it...
