6 year old Birthday party was a success, my child who is all about gifts and cake was not concerned he was more about the fun. They have a great range of activities. Only thing I would update is security seemed like the gate was just open. Also the party time in eating area could use about 20 30 mins more for the price. Other than that it's a great deal. Also do the waiver online saves time.

My kids come here from some time now and is always very nice! The employees are always trying to make our experience the best. It is clean and new and has a great infrastructure. One of the manages, Kevin, is specially great!

While perfection is not expected, gave 2 stars due to the cleanliness and lack of enough staff. It was super busy and the conditions reflected such. No toilet tissue in the restroom, the snack bar was completely out of ice, the complimentary small cups for water were not available, the wait for a small serving of fries was neatly 35 minutes, half the waiver computers were not in working order which made check in chaos for many. While the kids still had a great time....from this parent's experience, very disappointed compared to previous visits.

Checked in online, paid for everything. The only thing left to do was check in and get our socks. There was no one at the birthday party counter and a line like 4-6 families in general admission line. Was denied to be checked in thru party counter even tho there were 3 employees that were not busy and 2 open machines they could have done check in on. Logistics needs to be done better. You check in online to save yourself time, right? So probably would be a polite gesture to say “of course no problem at let let me check you in real quick” instead of just standing at the empty counter not doing anything? Family restroom was pretty gross too with urine all over and soap dispenser not working due to malfunctioning (I checked the soap was in).

Wow ! Let me start off by saying amazing experience today. I had my daughters birthday party and I was very satisfied super clean . Bathroom were clean and a young lady came and had it smelling great and tightened up. She is amazing. Very friendly very respectful.. I loved the fact that she was able to help in with all of my asks.. she deserves a raise !! You have a wonderful employee I just hope u guys know that she’s amazing her name is HOPE .. she made both me and my family feel very comfortable .. we need more people like her in this world :) money well spent definitely coming every weekend
