Big Air Trampoline Park

We did a Forester's Moments event for 60. The kids and families had so much fun. The staff were great. We had pizza 🍕 and sodas with our group booking and a party room. Everyone had a great time. This is a great place for family fun! Thanks Big Air Staff you were all great.

It is a great place to enjoy with your family and loved ones to have a good time. The staff is very friendly, and all areas are clean and well-maintained for the public's enjoyment. I highly recommend them 100%.

Decent , but an employee told me I couldnt be on the trampolines , in the 6 and under section with my toddler and we were the only ones there , in that section. I was with my one year old . And did not what to be in the big area behind the registers because there's bigger kids playing rough. Definitely Won't be returning here . Every other indoor playground has included adult entry with your child and they don't tell you to stay off the playground. Also it was very dirty everywhere , seems as they don't keep this place clean for how expensive it is. This facility doesn't care about cleanliness, or it's customers . Go to an indoor playground with good reviews or literally anywhere but here . Won't be giving this place anymore money and based off all the other bad reviews, this is common here .

Cool place, absolutely filthy everywhere. We found old disgusting candy pieces inside the play gym. There was empty wrappers and a lot of trash. Balls used for basketball and dodgeball look extremely worn out. The foam pieces in the pit are crumbling and there’s old socks stuck to the foam inside the pit where the kids play. Nice concept but no upkeep or sanitation practices which is worrying.

We had a great time! My 8 year old son used to have a membership to Sky zone, but once we visited Big Air, he says we HAVE to go get our membership here now. He loved how the dodgeball was regulated and had a ref. More like a real game. My husband loved that he could watch the football game on a tv inside the food lounge area.
