Big Bear Funplex

This place was ok. Not too excited about it. - This is just my opinion: We went there because we have a 6 year old and wanted to take her to a place where she could have 'fun', We probably spent $10 dollars at the Arcade and got tickets and she was able to retrieve a few toys which they value could not have been more than $4 dollars if bought at the dollar store. Personally I don't see that as a good value. - The place was empty of a friday night, it might be because it was not in 'high season', but as I said, go there with your family you might like it. We didn't so, not sure if we'll come back and no we didn't now try the pizza.

We went here Sunday morning March 11, 2018 at 11:08am before our son championship game and I must say we had a great time. The employee Ernie i think that’s his name, he was so awesome!!!! He had a great personality and was very helpful and generous. I was skeptical at 1st on going here due to many of the bad reviews but for a small town like Big Bear Ca this was a great place to hangout with your kids. My hubby and I played a lil pool and did the laser maze. The kids played miniature golf and played on the arcade games. They all had a great time and my kid ages are 7,10,and 12. This isn’t no johns incredibly or Dave and Buster of course so if that’s what you are expecting don’t come in and then give them a bad review because you were expecting it to be like that. Also there is no more ice skating rink there anymore, it’s now a laser maze, which is reallly cool. Thanks

If you are looking for food or an actual arcade, this place is not for you. All of their food was reheated frozen food, and it wasn't even well reheated. The pizza was frozen in the center, the breadsticks were barely bread, and the hot wings tasted like they were made with year old meat. The "arcade" was empty and looked like it hasn't been replaced since the 90's. I do not recommend you ever go to this place. Don't waste your money.

We took our girls here while vacationing in Big Bear the staff was very helpful but the place needs a lot of work. almost all the machines were broken and it really needs a good cleaning. i hope they take care of their place maybe we can try again next time not to many attractions to entertain kids when there is no snow.
