Do I dare post while we have only been here for 15 minutes!? Rudely forced to buy socks for my 12 & 13yr old and told it was company policy if they're playing in the "soft mat area" which turns out to be the BABY area! They're 5'2" & 5'3" very clearly not playing in the soft mat area. Money grubbing company with a rude front desk girl. Hopefully they have fun cuz I'm not happy with this place right now.

We went yesterday as we USED to love this place. Paid for me and my kid, the guy who helped me at the cash register asked me if I needed socks, I told him we are wearing socks. 10 min in, when my kid decided to start playing a *new* unprofessional so called manager came to us and denied my son from getting anywhere near the play area as he was not wearing “BILLY BEEZ SOCKS”. She said this is a new policy. This was not mentioned to us when we arrived and when I asked where the policy is she showed me at the side of the table a paper that was covered with other papers and stuff, that you would not even be able to read. The other policy banner inside clearly states “wearing socks” (picture attached). She didn’t refund us, very rude and unprofessional. Didn’t even try to discuss the matter with us. What a shame, this place used to be our favorite, but reading previous reviews and based our recent experience confirms that you only care about money, careless and unprofessional staff members. Would never go back and I would not recommend anyone to visit. There are plenty of other places that would care and make sure customers are happy and satisfied. DO BETTER! Fun place for kids of all ages. This place is my grandson’s favorite always meet up with friends from pre school. He is 6 years old and it’s fun for me to see him play and run and jump around. I think it’s very safe place. Thank you!

Place is bigger than it looks, been here 3 times and just found out there's a restaurant in the back lol. Great friendly staff, especially at the restaurant. Kids love it, and pricing is reasonable since you can come in and out all day. Location is great, you can drop the kids off and get some errands done too.

Worst place to bring your kid.. change for everything socks. That aren't mentions necessary just making you pay for extra things.. the food over priced.. everything even the play games are charged over prices.. cant stand this place. Bqthrooms arr filthy my daughter couldnt go to the bathroom .. all the equiments is broken like the toy bazookas up top .. look at the added picture of the bathroom and bazookas but they sure love to tax you up.. Not even chuckie cheese charges this much .. you can get a bundle over there.. last time I come. I hope this place shuts down soon ngl
