Its Because the staff was so disrespectful towards us Our family came just for this experience from Atlanta and they did not care and just did not let us because the guy needed to go to the bathroom and said we were wasting his time. At first we asked for help from one of the staff members and he never came back. Excuses and excuses from them kept us delayed from the start time so we had to leave after 20 min wait with the entire family including our kids. All left so disappointed because the kids were so exited and missed the experience they were looking forward too Terrible attention and awful experience we do not recommend coming here. I would rate this place a 0 but we can’t so we give a one.

Guy with blue shirt and guy with black shirt were awesome possum. They were very nice to everyone on the course. All these people are crazy saying that the employees are mean

For the price, I was looking for a little bit more excitement, nevertheless, it was something to do. I just have to continue to go out of the country to get that thrill of an adventure that I crave from time to time:-)

Our kiddos were looking forward to the ropes course. We arrived at 3 pm and told that they weren't taking any new participants with groups less than 4 after 2pm even though their website and Google maps says they are open until 5pm. There was only one employee on-site at the time. We had to wait 15 minutes for him to come down off the tower to greet us.

My kids had a great time, my son finished the entire thing while most would quit half way. They didn’t have any restrooms, only a very nasty porta potty. Can be very difficult on a very hot day.
