We celebrated the birthday of our daughter there last weekend. Well.. I’m not satisfied with the room, that we paid for… no decorations, not enough light. The host wasn’t helpful enough, me and my daughter were preparing everything, decorating and cleaning the table and the room! Yes, there is fun to spend time, but it doesn’t worst that amount of money to celebrate a birthday party. We won’t be back…

I wanted to take my daughter here for her 9th birthday. I wanted to buy tickets in advance, but was unable to complete the transaction. When we arrived at Boomers I told the manager that I tried to buy tickets online but was not able to. The manager accommodated me by honoring the online price. I was very pleased. My family had a great time. We bought the elite tickets and did all of the activities and played the arcade games. All of the staff we encountered were so friendly and helpful. The place was clean, the bathrooms were clean. Overall we had a great experience. My daughter really enjoyed her birthday there. Thanks Boomers for helping to make my daughter’s birthday a memorable one 😊

We just had out son's birthday party there over the weekend. Overall, it was a very troublesome process in which I had to ask permission to bring in juice boxes for the young kids, and had extensive issues trying to get outside food allowed. They forced their disgusting overpriced frozen food (pizza, wings, and chicken nuggets) for 90+ people, and made us pay a premium for it. Seriously $35 for a BAD cheese pizza. The service was thankfully wonderful when we got there, but they refused to give us the First Aid discount, as advertised online. They literally charged $55 per kid plus food!! I have had large parties in Gymnastics Plus, La La Land, Defy, Urban Air, etc. and this is the ONLY venue in Palm Beach county that is so ridiculously over-priced and will not allow outside food. They would not even allow food for 2 kids that had dietary restrictions! Save your money and go elsewhere! There are tons of negative reviews of this place, and their response for many years has been "maybe we will fix this in the future". They obviously don't care and need the cash!
