Bounce Bounce Introduce

Welcome to Bounce Bounce, a trampoline park listed in our Theme Park Directory, located at 7955 Barker Cypress Rd Suite 100, Cypress, TX 77433, USA. Based on recent customer reviews, there are significant concerns regarding the environment, services, and overall experience at this venue. Local users are strongly advised to consider these points before planning a visit.

Environment: Multiple reviews describe the facility as filthy, with a strong reek of stale food and mildew reported upon entry. There are mentions of mildew growing on surfaces, old gum stains on trampolines, and gaping holes in multiple trampolines, raising serious safety concerns. Over 50% of the attractions, including the toddler maze, big kid maze, and ball pit, were reportedly shut down during one visit, with a worker citing an accident (potentially a bathroom issue) in the ball pit as the reason.

Services: Customers have reported being charged for entry despite having their own grip socks. One review detailed an incident where staff members accused paying customers of not having paid, even after showing receipts, and did not offer an apology for the accusation. This behavior was described as unwelcoming, and the staff reportedly continued to watch the customers throughout their visit, creating an awkward atmosphere.

Features: The advertised features of Bounce Bounce likely include trampoline jumping areas, toddler and big kid mazes, and a ball pit. However, recent reviews indicate that a significant portion of these attractions may be closed at any given time. Safety features are questionable due to reports of holes in the trampolines. While the venue may typically offer these attractions, their availability and condition appear to be inconsistent and potentially unsafe.

Promotional Information: The overwhelmingly negative recent reviews contradict any potential positive promotional messaging. Customers strongly advise others to save their money and choose a safer establishment that cares about its customers and facility. The issues reported include a reeking and filthy environment, a high number of closed attractions, potential safety hazards due to damaged equipment, and poor, accusatory staff behavior. Local users in Cypress are strongly urged to read the most recent reviews and exercise caution before considering a visit to Bounce Bounce. For further inquiries, you can contact them at (281) 246-4460 or +1 281-246-4460.

In conclusion, based on recent customer feedback, Bounce Bounce in Cypress, TX, as listed in our Theme Park Directory, appears to have significant issues related to cleanliness, safety due to damaged trampolines, a high rate of closed attractions, and poor staff behavior, including unwarranted accusations towards customers. Local users are strongly advised to read the latest reviews and consider these serious concerns before planning a visit to this amusement center.

Wow, I was shocked by the positive reviews, I should have checked the negative ones first. I can confirm all the negative reviews are spot on. Visited on 7/1 with my toddler and husband for a fun evening of jumping. It quickly turned sour as soon as we entered the location. It reeked of stale food and mildew (red flag one). We proceeded to pay $45 for 3 people to jump for one hour. I got charged even though I already had grip socks (flag two). Once inside over 50% of the attractions were shut down, (toddler maze, big kid maze, and ball pit) red flag three. A worker notified us there was an accident in the ball pit (I assume bathroom but unsure). The entire place was filthy. Mildew growing on surfaces, old gum stains on trampolines, gaping holes in multiple trampolines; which is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Please save your hard earned money and go to a safer establishment that actually cares about their customers and facility.

We always come but today was different the staff kept looking at me and my toddlers and my husband, for some reason two of the staff that were cleaning around, came to my husband while I was taking my daughter to the restroom to accuse him that he didn’t pay to enter and that we don’t have a ticket, even though we paid as soon as we entered before my kids got inside, but I didn’t have the tickets on the kids. I had it on my purse when I came and showed them both receipts that we paid they didn’t even apologize. They just walked away. It’s not a way to be treating customers at all or accusing them of not paying. I’m not sure if there’s any other ones that come in without paying but for sure it’s not me or my family we always pay before even my kids go inside they need to change their attitude with people, and they kept looking at us the whole hour that we were there it felt awkward that I didn’t like the stairs I don’t think I’ll be coming here again.

We had our daughter’s birthday party here and it was amazing. The staff was supportive of our requests and were extremely helpful. Kids had so much fun in the facility and the add on rides the hamster ball and bumping cars were super fun. Pizzas come from Pizza Hut.

Fun place to bring your kids to burn some energy. You will need to have grip sock. Not just regular sock. A lot of things to do for kids and adult. This is paradise for kids.

I was there for my Grand Nephews Birthday. This place is a kids dream of with many playing choices. There of course is a huge trampoline park in the middle of the place, arcade games, a pool area with huge inflatable balls that a kid gets into & rolls around on water, soccer, bumper cars, dodge ball, zip lines and much much more. A kid couldn't do everything in this place in a day. There are also picnic tables to celebrate a birthday and for those paying extra a private room for a family gathering is also available. A total of 10 rooms are available. There are plenty of helpful employees to help if it is needed. The food available for purchase though is questionable. I ordered some chicken tenders with French fries, the tenders although served Hot were a bit dry & the fries had too much salt. Nevertheless if you want your kids to have a Amazing time then take them to Bounce Bounce.😁
