Very fun! My niece had a birthday party here. Between going into the separate rooms for 30 min each and a pizza party at the end. Fantastic set up and accommodated by the staff.

Review: A Disappointing and Overpriced Experience I recently hosted my daughter's party at this venue, and I am incredibly disappointed with the overall experience—especially considering the steep cost of $627. From the start, the service was poorly managed. Despite arriving 15 minutes early to check in and get the party started on time, I was made to wait for 15–20 minutes before being checked in, while three employees sat behind the counter. Only one worker acknowledged me and began the check-in process. This delay set the tone for the entire event. Our party was scheduled from 3:00 pm to 4:45 pm, but we didn’t actually enter the first bounce room until 3:05 pm. When I asked if we would get our five lost minutes back, the hostess, "Pink," informed me that no, we wouldn’t, as another party was coming in right after us. This was frustrating, as I had paid for the full time slot, and five minutes would have made a difference for the kids’ enjoyment. Once we finally moved to the second bounce room at 3:30 pm, the experience was further marred. One of the main attractions was closed down, and the remaining ones weren’t appropriate for the age group of 5 and younger. This left the kids disappointed and frustrated as they were repeatedly told they couldn’t play on certain attractions. To make matters worse, one of the attractions malfunctioned, and the netting broke, which further reduced their playtime. At 4:00 pm, we were moved to the party room, where it was time to eat. However, the pizza served to the kids, including the birthday girl, was cold—extremely disappointing for what we paid. To top it all off, we were supposed to receive 15 ice cream cups as part of the "Spectacular 15" package, but these were never provided, and no one addressed it. The total lack of attention to detail and the failure to provide everything promised for the price was shocking. For $627, I expected a well-organized, enjoyable experience for my daughter and her friends. Instead, I felt cheated out of both time and quality. I will not be hosting another party at this venue and would advise others to reconsider before making such a costly commitment.

DANGEROUS! They have you to sign these waivers and there is very little oversight. My kid was hanging upside down screaming for help because of one of their rides was so unsafe. Another parent had to go in and untangle about 8 kids. After the accident and the employee finally came over to check, she shut the "attraction" down. I have attached a picture. It was really scary because I had 2 kids to watch in there and unfortunately, it's up to the parent to make sure that the other kids don't slide down on your kids' heads or engage in dangerous activities. Good luck to anyone who wants to tell someone else's child how to behave. In the 2nd and 3rd pics, the cover or whatever came off when my kids were on there. There was 1 employee in each room that has 5 or 6 attractions and how ever many kids are at the event. There was a safety video before you go in, but we were unable to hear it because you watch the video in the noisy lobby. They are destined to have some serious accidents here. I hope everyone who reads this heeds my warning. Best of luck!

This place is great! We have had two birthday parties here for my daughter (4th and 7th birthdays), they were both WONDERFUL. All private bouncing with your party, two bounce rooms, private party room for pizza/drinks/cake/presents. AND adults can play!!! 100% recommend for a birthday party. Staff is there for questions, they organized everything, I was able to relax and enjoy the party also!

I highly recommend Bounce-U in Chesterfield! We celebrated our daughter's 5th birthday at Bounce-U last weekend. From start to finish the party planning process and overall experience was amazing. Chris helped me with the planning process, and he was very friendly, attentive, and helpful. He answered all of my questions and made the process seamless. "Poppy" and "Tweety" were our party helpers. They were absolutely fantastic! They both made our party a special experience for our daughter and her friends. Initially I was worried about the cost, but Bounce-U offers affordable party packages that include everything. All we had to do was show up and the staff took care of the rest. If you are looking for a fun place to have a birthday party, or special event for kids Bounce-U Chesterfield is the place to go!
