Breakout Games

Fantastic staff! I took my 11yo daughter and her friends for her birthday. I called first to ask if there was a room available that would be a good fit for their age group. The young man on the phone was very attentive and helpful. I should have taken his advice and signed up for the CLUE room! Instead, my daughter thought the Island Escape sounded fun. Apparently, only about 25% of the groups that attempt this room escape. The staff member that introduced us to the room and gave us instructions was great about giving hints that the girls could understand. They did figure a few things out. When we did not escape, a couple of them cried! But the guy that escorted us out gave them some stickers and helped smooth it over. My daughter is glad we went! A very happy birthday none the less!

Where oh where do I start. A fine establishment if I’ve ever seen one. The room titled Clue, was of utmost class. If one finds themselves in this brilliant dwelling of twists and turns, they mustache (😉) for the master of games, Elias. Elias wove a twisted mystery game that was both pleasurable and baffling. A fine gentleman who deserves a raise. I leave with one closing statement; Our party, in the clue room at Breakout games Des Moines, with the Mustache.

We had such a fun time! Our game master Kylie was so sweet and helpful. I love that the rooms are private because playing with strangers is so weird. Check in is so easy and the price is fair in my opinion.I will definitely be coming back soon! 🤩

Fun room! Just the right level of difficulty. Clean. The person running the room and checking us in was great. He explained the clues well and was patient with us. We escaped!!

We had a great time! Four out of the five people in our group had never done an escape room before and we all really enjoyed it! We did the kidnapped room which was a good room for beginners and seasoned escape roomers. We'll be back to try the other rooms!
