Wow!! What an amazing experience!! We called ahead for my birthday party because our son is visually impaired and we wanted to know if there was a specific room that would work better for him. Matt (owner) and Cole (manager) both went out of their way to make the experience *amazing* for us, and especially our son—even changing a few puzzles around so he could better see them. We had such a phenomenal time and made it out of the room with over five minutes to spare!! (Emily was also wonderful as our host! Thanks, Emily!!) We will definitely be back!!

My family and I came to Breakout KC tonight as first timers for my sister’s birthday and had Jules as a game room host. We had a blast! We did not, in fact, escape, but we still had so much fun and Jules was so much help and they still made sure we had fun and knew what we were getting ourselves into as people who hadn’t played before. We will be back for sure and hope to have Jules again as our host!

We had an amazing time at the Breakout room today. We had Kelvin as a game room host and he was so much fun. We would highly recommend this place. We laughed so much! The room we did was a little harder, but he made it worth it. We enjoyed our time. We will definitely be back. We escaped! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Ken and Willow were amazing and Leslie was just as amazing!!! The room was amazing, hard and we learned a lot! Huge thanks to Ken for helping us through the room!!! Thank you so much!!! Such a fun birthday party!!!

Such a wonderful experience! Our inexperienced team included my 74 year old mom, me (50), and my two sons 13 and 10. We were a little worried because none of us felt extremely confident, but the experience was above and beyond what we could have hoped for. The room had such a great theme and the art direction of the room was spot on. Our guide was patient and helpful and really made our experience one that we will never forget. Highly recommend and promise we will come back next time we are visiting family in KC!
