Buddy’s Indoor Playhouse

Buddy’s Playhouse was a one stop shop for my daughter’s 1st birthday party on 12/1. They offer easy to understand and comprehensive party packages. Not only did they provide all of the decorations, goodies bags, pizza and wings, the staff even helped serve our guests. All of the setup and cleanup was done by the staff, so all we had to do was show up. The two aspects that made Buddy’s standout to me when comparing locations were 1) that all of the toys and scooters etc catered to younger children and 2) the fact that it is family owned. Savannah was always a phone call /email away during the planning phase and the entire staff was extremely kind on the day of. Highly recommend and we will be back to play 😀

This place is nice change of pace if you’re looking for an indoor facility for your 0-4 yr old. This staff was friendly, very accommodating and helpful. This play areas were clean, bathrooms were clean ply areas are more than enough for kids to just go crazy and have a good time. The only reason I didn’t give 5 starts was some of the toys that child would ride and a parent pushes had duct tape holding it together, some of the smaller toys are missing pieces or just broken. But the older toys and broken toys should just be removed or replaced. The reserved room was enough to accommodate a toddler birthday party, decorations were tasteful and nice. The assisted with celebrations, sang birthday songs and made sure we had everything we needed. For the price of $12 for all day play of a smaller space instead a large area like a mall it’s fairly priced in my opinion

I had my daughter’s first birthday here and it was amazing!!! The staff made this party so easy and so fun. I rented out the venue and had a Minnie Mouse party and the decor was beautiful and the kids had a great time. I’m so glad I had my daughter’s party here and would recommend it to anyone!!

We absolutely loved having our daughter's party at Buddy's Indoor Playhouse. I completed the form on Confetti Jar's website and Savannah quickly reached out to gather details. Communication was quick & efficient throughout the planning stages and I felt confident everything would be perfect in the end. We arrived and the staff greeted us with smiles, helped us with our sweets, food, & drinks, and went over the party schedule. The kids had a wonderful time and our guests had nothing but good things to say about the venue. Savannah was extremely accommodating and we had no complaints. It was the perfect party for my 3 year old and she hated to leave. We can't wait to visit again for a playdate.

After reading the reviews (apparently not enough) and looking at the pictures, I decided it was worth the hour drive to go. It's the first and LAST time I'll be going. Parking = 3 stars - busy area Customer Service = 3 Stars - not super friendly Bathroom Cleanliness = 4 Stars - paper towel holder broke This place is NASTY, GROSS, AND DIRTY. For those giving this place a 5 Star, they don't care if their child plays on a clean area with nice toys. There are broken toys and LOTS of missing toys. This place needs inspected by the Health Department. If this place doesn't get a sanitized cleaning, it'll be closing its doors in a couple of years at best. Socks are required, cause if not, you'll leave with the bottoms of your feet being black. The tape on the floor was broken and coming up, and some stuck to my child's sock. My child wanted to play with toys other than ride on or slide. The dolls are so dirty that they aren't their original color. There were very little food play toys, no Little People for the Little People house. The train station had broken trains, and what wasn't broken was missing. Some broken toys had black duct tape on them. They need to replace them, not duct tape them. I posted some pictures but didn't get pictures of all broken, nasty looking toys. I've worked in a daycare, so I know a place with these kinds of toys and textiles can be SANITIZED and look clean. No small child should be playing with broken/damaged toys. They are NOT safe. Small (hand size) toys can be kept cleaned, and there's no more covid excuse to not have them out.
