While one review notes the clear posting of weight limits and prices, another describes very negative experiences with the young operators. Allegations include inattentiveness, with operators reportedly staring into space or texting on their phones, leading to unsafe conditions such as a child's bungee being too tight and causing them to dangle and crash into the poles. Another child's bungee was reportedly too loose, preventing them from flipping. Attempts to address these safety concerns with the staff resulted in an attitude and a disrespectful tone. The manager was reportedly unavailable and unresponsive. A refund for a poor experience was also adamantly refused by an older staff member.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Paid for both my children to jump today (6 & 11 yo) at the Paramus Park Bungee Zone. They always jump whenever we go places that have these. We know how it works. They like to do flips. Today, there were 2 young girls operating the machine, neither of them paying attention to the kids. My daughter's bungee was pulled way too tight so that she was left dangling at the top of the poles, on more than one occasion crashing into the center poles. My son was basically just jumping on a trampoline bc his bungee was left completely loose and he wasn't able to flip at all. After the SECOND time telling them my daughter was dangling in the air, she needs to be brought down, I was answered with an attitude, "Fine, she just won't go high then." The girls that work there pay NO attention to the kids. One was staring into space while the other was busy texting on her phone. One girl's attitude and disrespectful tone caused an argument to ensue and I demanded to speak to the manager who, of course, was not there and did not answer my several calls or voicemail. When I said I wanted a refund bc I wasted $25, a third/ older woman was appalled and adamantly refused saying no refunds allowed. Guess they NEED that considering how terrible they are at what they do. Never again.

This was our third visit and will never go back. One of the employee (younger women) has some issue. She does not willing to help my 4 year old. Most of time, she looked at her phone and just yelling to my kid ‘keep jumping’. She was very supportive and nice to white kid who jumped right before my kid. I felt racial discrimination in this place.

Hi, today was one of the saddest day for my daughter. I came home and my wife was very upset of what happened at Bungee Zone at Paramus Park Mall at Paramus NJ. She went to take my 2 daughters to go and jump, she noticed one of the staff was looking at one of my daughters in line with a dirty look due that my daughter's weight. My daughter weighs in the weight limit. My wife noticed it and felt uncomfortable and took my daughter's out of line and left and they were all upset and my daughter was very sad.
