Calypso Bay Waterpark

Fun water park. Not the biggest but it’s great to get out the heat. Reasonably priced. Has 50 m lap pools. Lazy River, playground with water fountains, obstacle courses. My only complaint is that they’re NOT opened year around: it’d be nice if the lap pools could be used year around for exercise

Cosy neighborhood water park. More like an elevated splash pad with a lazy river and 2 water slides. No T-shirts and under 120lbs on water slides. Lazy river with tubes provided is perfect temp and speed for even babies. Concession stand has basic pool food. Lockers to rent for $10 cash deposit and $4 per hour. Parking lot is a good size. Lifeguards everywhere which is a nice way to control crowds in summer. For 3 kids and two adults it was $73 entrance which is high for what it is but still enjoyable for a day out.

I loved the 1st time experience here. We arrived as they open & the kids were able to play & enjoy the kiddie water area. Unfortunately, thundering start & everyone had to exit the pool. But, I definitely recommend this place for 12 years & under.

Great little water park for younger kids. My 3 and 5 year old grands had a great day. They love the lazy river. The concession has a large variety of kid friendly items and wasn't crazy priced. We finished off the day with Icee"s and a little visitor. I'm told the iguana visits regularly.

First timers. I had two teenagers, two adults and one adolescent. The price came up to $81.xx which is great given the price of other places. It was not overly packed, we were able to find seating & get a locker. Cons: The water was warm like bath water not a bit cold at all which was a bummer as it was a very hot day. My teenagers were kicked off the slides by a male lifeguard after using the slides multiple with the female lifeguard talking about it’s a weight limit. I went to ask what the limit was he couldn’t tell me yet proceeded to say they looked like they exceeded the weight. My teens were embarrassed and I was too mad & hot I didn’t want to cause a scene so we just left. I did point out how multiple men in line and about to go down was twice the size of my teens if not bigger and he ain’t have nothing to say nor even look in my direction. Sad to say it ruined a perfectly good family outing & a bit of training is needed on professionalism or put a scale out of its a weight issue.
