Something for all ages. Little people, in between people, and the big people that drove them there. My 10 year old loved everything from the water slide, to the little people play area to the free swim side. Great for a hot and sunny day. During the summer, go before 10 if you prefer less people, as the summer camps started coming around 11am. It still wasn't over crowed. My 2 year old niece, 6 year old niece, and 10 year old didn't want to leave even after 2 hours (if melting in the midday Florida heat). Will definitely try to go back even after school starts. Oh! There is also a teacher/military discount (that made it $12 for me and $6 for my baby). Not sure what (if any) age is free. Doesn't matter, totally worth it!

I recently visited Calypso Cove Aquatic Facility and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The kids' area was completely non-functional, which was a huge letdown for my family. Additionally, the café inexplicably closed at 3:50 PM, leaving us without any options for a snack or drink. To top it all off, the lifeguards were excessively noisy, making it impossible to relax and enjoy our time there. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place and will not be returning.

We went here on the class field trip. We often did not have the best weather to fully experience the aquatic facility. But the staff are great and they work well with young children. My suggestion is that they establish and explain the rules before the children get into the pool. The pool atmosphere is beautiful and the pools are well kept. There is always a lifeguard on duty.

Calypso Cove Aquatic Facility includes three pools: a plunge pool, a zero depth pool, and a six-lane lap pool. The plunge pool has open and enclosed slides. The zero-depth pool is a play structured activity pool. It has water-spraying animals and palm trees with tipping coconuts. The third pool : six-lane lap pool is mainly for swimming lessons and family swimming. It is also used for lifeguard training. Their two main safety rules are: all riders must be less than 300 pounds and at least 42 inches tall. I went there with my daughter for a dive- in movie. It was a very pleasant evening. The idea of watching a movie in the pool is very interesting and unique. Not to forget that the area is clean and the staff are friendly.
