Can You Escape? LI

Did z51 and the room was very underwhelming and poorly made. There is only one very bare room, and there were very few puzzles in general. It was impossible to move past one portion as our document on the computer was missing information to open a lock. When we asked for clues, the clues given were either a couple steps ahead or behind. Our game master was incredibly nice and I don’t blame her at all, but it’s possible the place was understaffed so she wasn’t able to keep track of what step we were on. I’ve done many escape rooms and this was by far the worst one I have ever done. I have also done other escape rooms at this location which were much better than z51. Not worth the $200 we spent.

Booked a 7:15 for diffuse the bomb. Upon arrival the room was not working properly so they gave us the option to try Z51. The room had a few broken puzzles as well as a puzzle with the incorrect combination which just wasted a lot of time. There’s an air compressor portion where you need to blow a tube with an air gun. The compressor wasn’t running so the puzzle just got stuck at the end. We ended up walking out the room before the timer was up as it was just us standing around waving at the camera at one point. It doesn’t help that the only way to communicate with the game host is through a camera. That adds more time to get their attention. I do not recommend coming here. Paid $35 a person for a terrible experience

The game master was sweet but… it’s clearly understaffed. I’m fairly certain he was the only guy there. So he was managing a bunch of people in various rooms and activities. I’ve done a lot of escape rooms… this one was the least developed. You never leave your single room…. They let you use your phone… ?!? WTH…. Not a fan. Wouldn’t return.

I brought my family and a few friends here for my birthday. We did the apartment room. When we wakes in we were greeted with a warm hello, the staff was absolutely wonderful and very informative. It is a nice cozy atmosphere and you only Wait a few min and then you're brought right into the room. Our room host was Alyssa. She was fantastic and had a very nice personality, the room was so cool itself with AWESOME hidden secrets and clues. It was definitely one of the top rooms I've done in awhile. My whole party enjoyed the experience and we will definitely be coming back !

Really great experience. My family and I did the subway escape and had a really great time. I've done a dozen escape rooms before this and this one was very clever. A lot of really interesting mechanisms. I forgot the pierced woman's name that set us up but she was incredibly nice and helpful. One thing I will mention, do not come in without water in the summer or dress appropriately in the winter because there is no ventilation in the rooms.
