Stop taking orders after 09:00? But it closes at 10:00 PM. Lazy workers, if there isn’t a manager that is able to make sure these lazy workers get control over the place, what are yall really doing? Not busy, not many orders how are they already overwhelmed? Terrible place.

It was always great until this year I came and there were 3 cockroaches. We got room moved to a very better and nicer room. They gave me a hard time to change the room. Also we had to where wristband and it hurt.

Zip line is ok, couple attraction were down, Rock climb looked ok but due to lack of staff was unable to use. So all we got to do was zipline once. The price for what they have though is steep. Not worth the ticket price. The hotel included day passes thankfully otherwise would have been a waste of money and time

Saturday power went out at 11 and tv was out all day then the come around 7 pm and gave us 6 channels was worth nothing

Not enough workers to man the ride and you have to wait for operators to leave one ride and come to the other.
