We enjoyed a fantastic day at the lazy river with my family. This year, we took advantage of the new addition: a cabana. It was perfect for a relaxing day, providing much-needed shade and a cooler filled with ice and water bottles. The staff came to our cabana to take our order, offering a nice menu to choose from. They promptly delivered our food, making for a pleasant and relaxing experience. All of this was available at a reasonable price. We will definitely continue to come back this summer!

Extremely dangerous and dirty. Me and my family were here today. My husband had a very bad felt down hurting his back and my daughter slept down and hurt his arm and knee. Multiple kids were injured during the hour we were there due the black spots on the floor built up from not cleaning the concrete. Extremely DANGEROUS DONT GO THERE. after my husband felt down I went to the office and ask for a complaint or suggestion box something to write a report and they said they didn’t have nothing like that. They said they were going to shut water down in the area where the black spots were and they did. 20 min after they turned the water on back again. Besides that bathrooms are disgusting. This situation is so bad and some can get seriously injured. My husband is in pain still. Check pictures.

Admission: Kids 3 and under are free Adults are $7 The water is unheated. The season pass rate is very affordable. The pool has a maximum depth of 2'6", perfect for beginning swimmers. The entire park is gated, which adds to the safety of the children. The showers were ok, but there's very little privacy for changing into or out of clothing. The cafe menu offered a good variety, but prices were a little high for the small portions.

We were in Cermak Woods for a family reunion. Thinking that the building on the property was attached the park, we approached to use the restroom. We were immediately stopped by the staff at the desk. The only thing they said was that it was private property. I said, we are in a park, my family paid for this space, so who is it private to? Evie, who was working the desk was EXTREMELY rude and just said that it was private property. I then asked if it was private property to paying people of the swimming park, she said yes. I then asked if I paid the $7 for the water park, I could use the facilities? She said yes, if you paid… Evie, my love, all you needed to say was that the facilities were for paying guests of the water park IN THE FIRST PLACE - as opposed to “private property”, there’s a difference. If you can’t simply explain that to guests walking up, then you need to work on your customer service skills. Instead you were very nasty and put a horrible taste in my mouth about the entire facility because your disgusting attitude was the face of it. Whoever managers her, please be sure teach her better etiquette.

Was there for my niece bday party. The concession stand was close because the third party that works it didn't come to work. This was for a 2 year old party making it was kids there who were hungry and thirsty and had no food for the party. And the lazy river was closed. It's a nice place and all the food stand not being open...something else should have been done.
