Such a cool place. i heard about it and decided to take my kids. they loved it. my youngest (3YO) was trying really hard to win but she just didn't get the idea. One of the staff members noticed and opened the machine and set some of them up super easy so all my daughter had to do was bump it and she would "win". it made her feel great and me too. defiantly coming back

The plushies are cute and easy to grab. The workers are nice and will give you advice and readjust the plushies for you. If you win enough, you can trade up small prizes for larger ones. Writing reviews will grant you some free tokens to play with as well.

We were actually headed to another spot when my daughters suddenly freaked out after spotting ChibiClaw. Apparently, they’d seen places like this online and were beyond excited. After a chorus of “please, please, please,” I gave in and we decided to check it out—and I’m so glad we did. The concept itself is super unique and fun, but what really stood out to me was the atmosphere and the people. Brian, one of the staff members, was incredibly friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to give my daughters tons of tips and encouragement while they played for plushies. I was told that this is a family-owned business. You can tell by the extra care and positive energy which made the whole experience feel special. What started as a quick stop turned into a highlight of our day—and now, visiting ChibiClaw has officially become a must whenever we’re in the area. My daughters had a blast, and honestly, I had just as much fun watching them win and cheer each other on. Huge thanks to Brian and the ChibiClaw team for the awesome experience!

If you like claw machines, this is definitely the place to check out. Everything is nice and new. $1 (1 token) per play. Staff can help adjust the prizes to make it easier to grab too haha. Overall a fun place with cute fluffy prizes. Maybe could do with having some ceiling lights on even though the interior is bright from the claw machines themselves because the first time I drove by, I thought it was closed.
