They give you free badges to wear around the park! My friend got one for her bday and 1st visit and I grabbed two for my friends that got married 01/04/2025.

City Hall at Magic Kingdom Park is a solid choice for your Disney experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, making sure our visit started on the right foot. The atmosphere was bustling with excitement, perfect for families like mine. While not the most thrilling attraction, it sets the tone for a magical day ahead. Don't forget to check out the Lost and Found, in case you misplace anything during your adventure!

City Hall is really the location for "guest services" for the parks. You can have questions answered here, make restaurant reservations, upgrade your passes, etc. It's a one-stop-shop for all things Disney Parks. The cast members are always incredibly helpful and will do what they can to make your experience magical. I've only been in here a few times to either ask a question or make a reservation. They've always been able to help us out! Overall: A+ Easy way to fix a challenge, or get some help for the parks!

A fun place to visit there are character meetings here sometimes during the holidays and during the summer. A good place to get out of the heat and see some fun old cars when it is busy. Sometimes it can get packed but overall you are in MK so it will always be a great time to hang out.

Just terrible customer experience. I hope nobody ever needs them, they are not helpful. They don't help keep the magic that Disney is supposed to give you. Universal Studios or Busch Gardens will be our next family trip. Thanks for nothing, City Hall.
