The bed was comfortable. The place was convenient to where we needed to be. We were on a floor where they were remodeling several rooms, lots of noise all day. The toilet didn't flush well. It took minutes for hot water to flow. No in room coffee maker. Vending machines didn't work.

**Please note this review does not include the staff I feel like they are victims as well.** Due to personal reasons I am in this hotel for an extended period of time. The hotel is very outdated Dusty musty with several holes in the walls that have been stuffed with toilet paper. None of the amenities are up-to-date although they are advertised. That is false advertisement and extremely misleading. There's a $100 deposit that must be paid. That $100 deposit is not mentioned when you are booking online, but there is a very nice sign when you come in to let you know that it's due no exceptions so if you already have a reservation what can you do to pay it? I feel like that's grossly misleading. From a possible extended stay perspective if you stay more than two weeks you have to then check out for 48 hours before you can check in again and then you get to pay another $100 deposit. That sounds like extortion to me. Lots of people with small children frequent this hotel. I'm sure all that extra money is hard for some of them to come up with. This is price gouging. This is taking advantage. This is wrong. There is a horrible roach infestation. They are in the desk they are behind the headboards I bought a can of raid Max and I exterminated my own room just to be able to sleep in it. There's a carpet in the lobby when you come in I tripped over it twice told the owner about it they scooted it out and it rolled up again I just walked away. 😒. There's definitely a problem here I don't want to hear it's under construction I don't want to hear it's under New Management if this much work needs to be done this place should have been shut down completely while it was being repaired but you can't make money on a closed business that's why it's still open and operating like nothing is wrong and people are coming here and the employees are catching the brunt of what's happening and they're not the one making up this stuff. I'm beginning to see a pattern a hotels that say they're under New Management. All that equates to is piss poor service, a lot of lame excuses. Again do to personal reasons I have to be here 🙏🏿 keep me your prayers. Thank you.

This is a seedy hotel. The rooms are absolutely nothing like the pictures, the entire building needs to be demolished and rebuilt. The hotel bathroom was not clean, there was hair in the shower from previous guests, toilet paper stuffed into holes around the sink, the ceiling is peeling. Did not see any bugs, thank God. Found for $44 on Priceline... You get what you pay for. It stated there was continental breakfast included, and by continental they mean a coffee machine with cheap coffee. Front desk staff helped me when I needed it, like at check in and when my key stopped working. No complaints there.

Worst hotel, lobby is nice then you walk into the actual hotel area and it’s a dump….DUMP. First room had a balcony that would close or lock so we swapped rooms only to have 5 other rooms in our floor open at 8pm with music pumping, walls IN OUR ROOM, still under construction-spackled not painted, bathroom dirty and found a COCKROACH on our bed along with many white and dark stains on the mattress. Possible bedbugs? Only good thing was the front desk lady who said she didn’t need to see our photos she believed we had found a bug and would refund us.

Booked through a third party and instantly regretted it before I even got out of my car. It didn't get any better once I got inside. The front desk person was rude, not to me personally but I didn't like how she was talking to other guests. Then we get to our room, first thing I see is a roach crawling up the wall. The curtains had holes. The smell was absolutely disgusting. The toilet barely flushed. The faucet wasn't even connected to the sink. We tried to sleep and couldn't and had breakfast in the car considering I didnt even want to sit my drink down in the room from being so gross. I don't even wanna look at this nasty building again much less go back inside. Completely gross and unsanitary inside and out. If I would have known it was going to be that bad of an experience I would have risked sleeping in my car. Definitely made a call to guest relations and have made a request for a full refund and will never be back!
