We LOVED our experience at Clue!! Unlike an escape room where you pay a fortune and the thing only takes an hour, we were able to make a whole afternoon out of our adventure. We also made some pitstops at some of the local businesses featured along the way for food, etc and made use of the discounts. Definitely give this a try and take your time to try to figure out the mystery. It definitely takes some sleuthing and critical thinking but so satisfying when you get it!

I loved this Boston Clue walking mystery experience! Three friends and I (all adults) had a blast - we found it just the right level of challenge. It was pleasantly intricate yet eventually solveable. The "2 hour" estimate I had read about online seemed a little low; we spent closer to 3 hours, which involved stopping for a snack along the way, and occasionally needing to wait for groups ahead of us to finish what they were doing first. We got a lot of walking in too, which was great. I also loved the way that the "butlers" embraced their role in this immersive experience. They gave us papers/pencils to use, but one tip - bring your own clipboard for easier writing along the way! Highly recommend.

Really fun for grown adults who are into police procedurals! If you take your time and really try to put the pieces together, especially once you have gathered all the clues, you will feel great about solving this ultimate cold case. It did take a bit longer than advertised for us, but we also took a side trip to visit some sea lions. Recommended for fans of puzzles and escape rooms, and possibly Olivia Benson.

Went here on Sep. 22. I was hoping for a reasonable game with fun places to visit for those clues. But this was so disappointing that the whole plot was one of the weakest mystery puzzles I have ever seen, and the places where just ordinary. It definitely needs more than 2.5 hours just to walk to all the clue places. If you want to solve the case, don’t bother thinking of a solid reasoning for the whole thing, just think of some lousy scenarios.

It's s nice idea but it needs some work or some simplification. The spacing is poor and the result is you wind up spending 4 hours to visit all the stops, which should take 2, and waiting a lot for other groups to finish. At least on a Saturday. That makes the game tiring and a little difficult to follow. The story also seems to vacillate from the simple concept of "process of elimination" that is the board game, to asking you to deduce the crime from a lot of details that are more akin to solving a murder mystery (e.g. playing around with motive and tracking evidence, more like the movie). The result is that it's sort of unclear how to approach it, and for me, the resulting storyline in the end left a lot of reasonable doubt, even after learning the conclusion. The backstory and context also wasn't explicit enough to fully understand the timing of events, physical setup of the mansion, and more. So I'm not sure how even anybody gets this correct, but I guess I'm stupid. Or maybe you need to go to the finish and pepper the butlers for extra clues. I wanted to like it, but really, it felt like a slog, and getting back to the finish spot after 4 hours was just a bridge too far. Not for me. Sorry.
