Cluggy's Amusement Center Introduce
Welcome to Cluggy's Amusement Center, located at 393 Beddington Blvd, Chambersburg, PA 17201, USA, and featured in the Theme Park Directory. Cluggy's Amusement Center offers a variety of recreational activities, including mini golf and potentially other amenities.
The environment at Cluggy's Amusement Center includes a mini golf course that has been described as pretty good and fun. A notable aspect is that the mini golf is available even during off-seasons when other similar establishments might be closed, making it a valuable option for activities during colder months. The center also has a toddler area with specific signage regarding the age range for toddlers (infants to age 5). However, one customer reported issues with staff interpretation of the 'toddler' age for pricing, leading to a discrepancy.
The services offered at Cluggy's Amusement Center include mini golf. Based on a review, they also have arcade games where tickets can be won from machines. There is a bracelet system for accessing certain activities, with different pricing for 'toddlers.' However, there was a reported issue with the consistent application of the toddler age definition for pricing versus signage in the toddler area. The quality of customer service from some associates was also a point of concern in one review, with allegations of rudeness and unwillingness to assist customers with issues like malfunctioning game machines and ticket discrepancies.
Features of Cluggy's Amusement Center include a mini golf course that remains open during times when other courses might be seasonally closed. They have a toddler area with a stated age range of infants to 5 years. Arcade games that dispense tickets are also available. However, potential customers should be aware of a reported inconsistency in the definition of 'toddler' for pricing versus signage, and concerns about the quality of customer service from some staff members, including instances of rudeness and lack of assistance. One positive aspect mentioned is the availability of mini golf during the off-season, making it a unique option for activities during that time.
As the provided information includes a positive review of the mini golf and its seasonal availability, alongside a highly negative review detailing pricing inconsistencies and rude customer service, but does not specify all the amenities offered, their individual pricing, operating hours, or any current promotional offers, local users are encouraged to contact Cluggy's Amusement Center directly at (717) 267-3772 or mobile phone at +1 717-267-3772 for the most current and comprehensive information as listed in the Theme Park Directory, and to consider the mixed feedback regarding customer experience.

Took my son for mini golf. Was a pretty good course and fun. I really like that they had mini golf available still because a lot of other places were "closed for the season". It's hard to find activities for a November birthday due to weather. Definitely wanna come back and try their other amenities. The only reason it's a four instead of a five is because I wanna come and try the rest of the stuff another day.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. We went here and we're having fun at first. However, that quickly changed. At first it was just a minor pay discrepancy, which was no biggie I guess. They charged us $8 for a bracelet that should have been $6. It said toddler bracelets are $6. So we asked them about it and they said, 0-2 is considered a toddler, and 3 and up is not. Which would make sense if they didn't have a sign in the toddler area saying, "TODDLERS ONLY... Infants to age 5." This would insinuate that they determine toddlers are age 0-5. So they lied to us about the toddlers being only age 0-2 since they have signs proving other wise. Again, it wouldn't have been that big of an issue, and I would have only left a 3 star rating. However, later on we also encountered 2 rude associates who didn't want to do their job and provided the worst quality of customer service imaginable. So one of the machines jipped my 3 year old (who is a toddler by the way) out of tickets on the machine he was playing with. My pregnant wife asked about the tickets to 2 associates who rudely turned their back on her and ignored her. Then when she spoke up about it again the one associate responded with an, OH my gosh." Don't work in customer service if you cant handle the responsibilities that come along with dealing with customers. It's honestly not that difficult to provide good customer service. After spending $350 here, you'd think they'd have a little more respect and decency towards people. I'll probably never come here again because of this horrid experience.

We have been loyal patrons of Cluggy’s for many years, and it has always been one of our son’s favorite places. However, after our recent experience hosting a birthday party there, we will never book another event at this establishment again. What was supposed to be a fun and memorable celebration turned into an absolute disaster, thanks to the unprofessional, disorganized, and careless staff. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that there was no structure, no guidance, and no effort to assist guests. The staff seemed overwhelmed, yet instead of handling the situation professionally, they were rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. Not once did anyone check to see if we needed anything. When we did ask for assistance, we were met with eye rolls, attitude, and complete indifference. At one point, I approached an employee for help, and she had the audacity to tell me to “ask someone else” before walking away. The level of customer service was beyond unacceptable—it was outright disrespectful. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that there was no structure, no guidance, and no effort to assist guests. The level of customer service was beyond unacceptable—it was outright disrespectful.Hosting a birthday party here was nothing short of a nightmare. We had to wait in ridiculously long lines just to ask for basic necessities like napkins and utensils to cut the cake—things that should have been provided without question. The disorganization was so severe that it felt like we were inconveniencing the staff simply by expecting the bare minimum. To make matters worse, the place was filthy. The front eating area was covered in spills and trash, clearly neglected by staff. At one point, a child in our party accidentally spilled a drink, and not only did no one come to help, but we weren’t even given supplies to clean it up ourselves. The lack of cleanliness was disgusting and created hazards for everyone walking through the area. And let’s talk about the arcade machines—several were either broken or failing to dispense tickets, and when we brought it to the staff’s attention, they acted bothered by the request, as if doing their job was too much to ask. The overall attitude of the employees was one of complete disinterest, as if they couldn’t care less whether guests were having a good experience or not.Cluggy’s used to be a great place for families, but this experience proved otherwise. The lack of professionalism, poor customer service, disgusting conditions, and overall neglect have made it crystal clear that they have no interest in maintaining the quality that once made this place enjoyable. While we might return for a casual visit, we will never host another party or special event here again. Management needs to take a serious look at their staff, their organization, and their standards—because right now, they’re failing miserably.
