Great experience. Especially if you are new to escape rooms they will support and help you have the best experience possible. We booked the school of magic wich is the only one with a space right next to it for a small gathering in case you want your group to do something after the game. There’s more rooms with different grade of difficulty and themes $41 per participant, depending of the room is the maximum of people you can bring but most of them is up to 8. The school of magic is Harry Potter based and we thought it was perfect for our son’s 13th birthday. Unlike other escape rooms companies I have researched they are pretty flexible in changes in the last minute like if you need to change the date and time even if you like to add participants they will make work for you. Plenty of parking right in front of the building though is a little tricky to find the building’s number due to the fact they share the campus with other businesses. The space we used after the experience is equipped with a kitchenette where you’ll have small fridge, a microwave and a sink. The room can accommodate about 15 to 20 people comfortably with a long table, a couch and chairs and even an arcade . $60 an hour and you have to clean before you leave. We brought pizza and cake and played some games. All in all the kids had a blast at the scape room and at the little gathering afterwards all in one place. Next time will try the ghost ship which is for beginners too. Their website is pretty easy to navigate and you’ll fine all the details before you decide to go. Definitely recommend to check it out .

Super fun times but there needs to be some adjustments on the puzzles so they aren't so finicky when solving. We had to repeat a few of the puzzles even though it was already solved. Otherwise, great time with the family!!

My second time at Conundroom and we tried out the Luck and Key room. It was a really fun experience for our group of 4! We all thoroughly enjoyed it. The puzzles were just challenging enough to make us think together to make steady progress to the goal just barely within the 1h time limit (okay, we needed two hints along the way :) ). Great decor, true to the 1920's theme. The staff (esp. Alex) were very helpful and responsive. I will definitely return for a 3rd time!

Best escape room experience we’ve had so far as somewhat seasoned players! We did the Zeppelin (we were 3) and enjoyed how satisfying, challenging but solvable, linear and well done everything was. The attention to detail in the design and the puzzles themselves was outstanding. The building itself and the waiting area were clean & well taken care of, and there was immersive decor in every corner. Lisa was also a wonderful guide ! Overall a wonderful experience. We’ll be coming back asap!!! :-)

Had such a fun time at the Conundroom Escape Room in downtown Redmond! Our group took a stab at the new speakeasy themed escape room, Luck and Key! The puzzles were challenging, and fun! The staff were also available for support as needed, which was great! I loved the casino themed decor! It really did make you feel like you transported back in time to the Prohibition Era, which made for a great evening! Our group escaped with 3 seconds to spare…phew! We will definitely be back!
