Welcome to Creative Cube, an amusement center listed in the Theme Park Directory, located at 165 Morristown Rd, Bernardsville, NJ 07924, USA. You can contact them at (908) 883-6700 or via mobile at +1 908-883-6700.
Environment: Creative Cube appears to be a place focused on arts and crafts activities for children. One reviewer described it as a favorite place to go whenever the kids aren’t in school, suggesting a kid-friendly environment. However, details about the overall decor or ambiance are limited.
Features: The main features of Creative Cube include arts and crafts activities for children and the option to host birthday parties. For birthday parties, they provide pizza (made on-site), and there might be options for food and coffee bar upgrades. They also seem to offer a camp program, as pamphlets for it are included when packing up party crafts.
Services: Reviews regarding services are mixed. Courtney, a staff member, is highly commended for being incredibly helpful and attentive with children, showing patience and genuine care for visiting families. She is particularly appreciated for assisting with children's needs. However, feedback on birthday party services mentions a lack of proactive communication before the last week, restrictions on bringing outside food, expensive pizza with adult slices cut in half, overpriced and basic food/coffee bar upgrades, rushed party endings, and a staff that is described as not very warm.
Promotional Information: Creative Cube is presented as a place where children can enjoy arts and crafts activities, and it can serve as a venue for birthday parties. If you are looking for a place where staff like Courtney are known to be very helpful and attentive to children, this might be a good option for regular visits. However, for those considering birthday parties, it's important to be aware of feedback regarding the cost and portion sizes of the provided pizza, the no outside food policy, the quality and pricing of upgrades, the potential for a rushed experience, and the reported lack of warmth from some staff members. It is advised to call them for detailed information about birthday party packages and to manage expectations regarding food and the overall service experience. Ensure guests arrive early to maximize craft time. The inclusion of camp pamphlets with party takeaways might be seen as a way to promote their other services. Local users in Bernardsville interested in arts and crafts for kids should consider Creative Cube, especially if they value helpful staff like Courtney. However, those planning birthday parties should weigh the positive and negative feedback before booking. Contacting them directly for comprehensive details is recommended.

There weren’t many reviews regarding the birthday parties. So here is an in-depth one. You book it online but you don’t hear from them until the last week to get the final head count and payment and discuss food. So if you want info you call them. They don’t allow you to bring outside food in, okay, fine. The pizzas are really expensive (they make it there) - they’re like a round and bigger “Elio’s” pizza. The worker told me to order like 7 pies since I wanted the adults to eat; however, she was cutting the adult slices in half?! Why not just give them a whole slice, especially since I paid $25 a pie for it. And make sure you have your guests arrive early so you can make the most of your craft. And I wouldn’t upgrade to any of the food or coffee bar; they overprice it and make you think you’re getting something beautifl (for the price) but it’s very basic. And as soon as your party ends, they rush you out. Not a very warm staff. Oh well. Oh and when they pack up your art craft, they add in a pamphlet for their camp and advertise- tacky.

I can't express enough how grateful I am for Courtney at Creative Cube. She was incredibly helpful and attentive with my kids during our visit. From the moment we arrived, Courtney didn’t hesitate to assist with their needs, making our experience so much smoother. Her patience and the way she interacted with my children were truly commendable. I especially appreciated her willingness to keep an eye on them for a few seconds when I needed to grab my daughter’s potty from the car. It's clear that Courtney genuinely cares about the families who visit, and her kindness has made Creative Cube one of our favorite places to go whenever the kids aren’t in school. Thank you, Courtney, for making our visits so enjoyable!

I've hesitated to write this review, as I dislike leaving negative feedback, especially with so few art spaces for kids in our community. However, I hope it prompts parents to be more vigilant and encourages Creative Cube to improve their professionalism and carefully reassess their protocols, given their responsibility as a child center. My 8-year-old daughter loves arts and crafts, so we signed up for their Open Craft session after enjoying a previous birthday party there. I registered and paid in advance, expecting activities like Clay, Mosaic, Painting and Glass Fusing, as advertised on their website. Since the center allows drop-offs for kids aged 9 and older at no extra fee, I thought my independent daughter would be fine on her own. When we arrived, there were no other kids—just a morning camp wrapping up. The owner, who was at the register, seemed displeased at the idea of a drop-off and mentioned an additional "babysitting" fee, which was actually higher than the session cost. I chose not to argue, as my daughter was excited about the craft project. After paying, an employee took my daughter inside, and I left. When I returned 5 minutes before the session end time, I found no one at the entrance or register. My daughter was alone inside on a bench, and no employees were visible. She told me she was “bored and sad” and that she wasn’t allowed to start any projects because she was told, “Your mom hasn’t paid for it.” She was given a few pieces of paper and some pencils to draw. I couldn’t find anyone to address my concerns. My main worry shifted from the project to the safety of the center. It was alarming to think anyone could have taken my daughter without any issue. I expected a call from Creative Cube to confirm I had picked up my child, but no one reached out. The next day, I called the center and talked to a manager, Courtney, who informed me that the owner had just left for vacation. Courtney offered no valid explanation for the staff's misunderstanding and the lack of safety measures. While Courtney sincerely apologized, it didn’t alleviate my concerns. I requested a call from the owner, which I never received. Instead, Courtney called me back and on behalf of the owners offered a free session which I declined. Due to the lack of professionalism and serious safety lapses, my daughter will not return to Creative Cube.

This place is so wonderful! Highly recommend! I recently had our 4-year-old's birthday party at Creative Cube and every aspect from the planning to the support on the day-of was perfect. The staff is so friendly, accommodating, and really great with the children. They drew up special canvasses of Lightning McQueen for my daughter's Cars themed birthday. The kids loved it and spent a lot of time in the Castle play room as well. The pizza they serve was actually quite good - many of our adult guests commented on that. They made it so easy and fun. I think it was one of the best days of my daughter's little life. :-)

We had my daughter’s 3rd birthday party here today and it was so wonderful! Pizza and cupcakes were delicious. We got lucky with beautiful weather so the kids got to play outside as well as on the cool castle playground. A few older kids got to do open craft and everyone had a great time. Added on the fruit cups, which were a big hit and coffee bar for adults was a nice touch. Thank you Creative Cube!
